Very bad service, I wore a dress and they ruined it, they removed all the folds from the dress, they refunded me the money for what I paid for the dress but they wanted to reimburse me for the fee I paid for ironing ? and they still make a mocking face when they see what they did wrong

I have been a customer of the Bastrop location for over 10 years and the last several months the service has deteriorated a lot. Always been able to drop off by 9am and get after 5:30 but now that is only available when they feel like it. Again this morning I was there by 8 and told they were done taking same day service for the day. Time for a new cleaners to spend my $300 to $400 per month.

I dont recommed this place stay away if you care about your clothes. Took a Ariat Jacket worth almost $400 and a Ariat sweater worth $300 1st time getting them washed and they SHIRKED both off them plus now they look old black colores are faded now. They are also over priced for destroying my clothes cant wear them because they dont fit me no more.

I had absolutely horrible experience with Comet Cleaners at 1800 Independence Pkwy McKinney location. I would avoid this location at all cost. They are extremely unprofessional and horrible service.
