Dude these guys rolled out a new text message deal that tells you when your clothes are done and it was legit! I wasn’t going to come in till tmrw and I got the word right after work they are ready!

The rudest people you could ever deal with!! I left my clothes there and haven’t picked them up in 60 days so they donated my clothes. I was never told that verbally when I initially dropped them off, but oh wait, it’s on back of the ticket. Who reads that stuff!?! I spoke to Ester Medoza the so called manager on the phone to discuss this. Never was she apologetic about anything, but instead continued to argue with me in a rude tone to point out it was my fault. Yes, I will say that again, never did she apologize for what occurred. Instead, I was just met with and condescending attitude during the phone conversation. She assured me someone called and left a message. Never did I receive a phone call with a message stating the consequence of not picking up my clothes. I assure you if I would have received a message stating something to that effect that if my clothes were not picked up by the end of the day or they will be donated, they would have been picked up. Believe me, I would have made some arrangements to get them or for my wife to get them if a messsge like that was received. I hope they get a heavy dose of Karma by their unprofessional approach with people. Better yet, I hope this location goes out of business!!

I will not use this dry cleaning business anymore. They have already lost two pieces of my clothing. I should have learned the first time. The manager has not returned my call when the employee said she would.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I dropped off a dress and they told me $14.99. When I went to pick it up, magically the price rose to $57. The manager said she “couldn’t do anything” and even though it was THEIR mistake, she wasn’t willing to make it right. HORRIBLE way to do business!!!

Dropped my husband’s FR work clothes off, asked them specifically not to crease his pants in the front.. was told they would be ready the next day, ok that’s fine.. called the next day around 2 pm, asked about the status of the clothes, they set the phone down (on hold I guess) and stayed on “hold” for about 10 minutes while hearing workers talking about belly button piercings and waxed va-jay-jays... Got tired of being on hold and hearing inappropriate conversations and headed up there. Told them what had happened and all I get was, “oh, my bad” while laughing.. received my husbands clothes and the pants all had front creases after being specifically asked for no front creases.. a jacket that was just supposed to be washed was starched, and a shirt snap was missing after me knowing that they were all accounted for..... NEVER going to briarwood location again............
