I have several banks I use. This bank has the worst customer relations I have seen any where. It is impossible to reach someone at local bank by telephone. All calls go to a central number in Lubbock. That takes a long while on hold just to speak to the call assistant. They can't always help as the banking is done at the local bank. I dial the local bank and put in the spellihg of the banker they give me and indicates no one by that name is at the bank. Takes the long waiting again back to Lubbock. When I do get a local person extension, I leave a message several times with no return call. I made a large deposit it doesn't show it was made even though I have a receipt. This banking doesn't make sense all the way around. The teller machines at the bank do not work properly. Going into the bank, the staff don't look busy and no other customers and they are not in a hurry to help.
