Bad experience, they close the door on my to go lunch. Had to drive one mile to go pay my bill. There were three persons in the store at the time. This is not right please do something about this with this people.

The lady that attended me didn’t want to sell me a SIM card that my iPhone 11 wasn’t compatible for a SIM, only a ESIM she refused to sell me a physical SIM .

For the most part I have been very pleased with the data speed and coverage for most of the US, however, the Midland and Odessa Texas area, signal is poor and data exchange is even worse. I cannot even listen to Pandora's music app and video is virtually impossible!

Kasandra was very helpful and easy to work with. She is very professional and seems like she loves her job. She made my visit very pleasant. Not only did I receive incredible customer service she introduced me to my new Starbucks drink! Go see kasandra she is awesome!
