I enjoyed the atmosphere overall, but there are some serious issues. There's no limit on how many people can be inside at once, so on busy nights every machine is taken with two people waiting behind them. Just last week, six machines were out of order. The equipment is outdated, and while the cleaning crew does a great job, paper towels were always empty -- I ended up learning where the storage closet was so I could refill them myself. They also push personal training too aggressively and don't seem to pick up on social cues. Many women aren't comfortable being trained by men, and it would help if they simply asked during signup whether you'd prefer a male or female trainer. When I submitted a letter to cancel my automatic training renewal, the younger girl at the desk was rude and acted like I was a bother. There's also constant employee turnover.

The gym is too crowded, with too little equipment for its size. I was just looking for a casual gym to easily get in and out within an hr and half each day but the classes they have take place at key times of business and take up a good chunk of the gym, making you have to move. If that works for you than fine but ultimately good luck finding space or available equipment. Especially if you're the average after work gym goer.

I went and talked to them on the 1st or 2nd of January. I am positive she told me I had personal training included. I saw one I paid for, but got very little out of it. The second time was a freebie but she put me too close on a machine. She said we are the same height, but my legs are long, my body is short. I had been trying to cancel for like a month, but couldn't find it on the app. I am on the go, all the time. I called then, they had me call an 800 number, but made me pay the end of month fee and another month plus about $30. It was right at $90. I only went in 3-4 times in January. It was too much effort, just to get in, do the workout, and get a shower afterwards.

Before signing up, please read and DON'T!!! I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months. They won't let you do it in the club and give you a phone number. You call the number provided and it says everyone is busy and to leave your name and number which I do. Then they never call back. I've r-mailed them and no response. I've brought it up at the club and they just keep sending me to call. It's an endless cycle. I'm going to have to cancel my whole bank account. I've already reported to BBB and will keep going until someone can help me!

Safty Rate 3 - I’ve ask to get rid of equipment that was broken and faulty they agreed with me then the next day I see it out in the gym. I expect how the sharp edges on this handle can hurt someone because the plastic coating broke around it faulty equipment.
Clean rate 4- rest ain’t got no soap, vacuum the and sanitize the workout CARPET every once in a while.
Customer care rate 4- I will say every one who works there is kind, maybe sometime to get you to let go of the problem at hand.
Equipment Rate 5- just because the treadmill are awesome and there variety of weightlifting machine, but there free weights need lots of work. Like nothing has Safty balance provision

Visiting from out of town. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the gym. No hot water in the showers. Of the 4 showers, 2 had missing soap dispensers and the other 2 had empty dispensers. Several of the lockers had a missing latch so that the locker can be locked.

If there was a dress code/standard or at least a bare minimum requirement for our children in the clothing they *Choose to wear, the gym would be something more. It is sad that men and women have fallen so low that they come to this place in order to display their bodies and skin, causing each other greater temptation, than we already face. This "gym" promotes and glorifies young and old to come in practically naked to "exercise". It is clear who the leadership is of this place. It is not only the one who is tempted*and enjoys and *agrees with the temptation, who will be at fault. But it is also the person who *chooses to dress in such a manner, to cause others to stumble, who will also bear the greater judgement.

I had the pleasure of working with Dylan at Crunch Fitness over a 24-session program, and I can’t say enough about the impact he had on my fitness journey. My goal was simple yet ambitious: to get in the best shape possible. With Dylan’s guidance, I not only hit my targets but exceeded them in ways I didn’t expect.
When we started, my body fat was at 21.5%, and by the end of our sessions, it was down to 16.1%. My weight increased from 190.5 lbs to 197.5 lbs, but it was all muscle gains. Men’s locker room is disgusting, the sauna gross. Some of the equipment has had plenty of rest days, get it fixed already. For the most part staff keeps up with the gym sprays & paper towels. Locker room has always been gross though.

Would give 5 stars but the cleanliness inside is lacking, there dust in between under and all around the equipment. Mirrors are nasty and they should go green a get rid of the paper towels and go with cloths yea I know ppl steal so put a sensor inside so they want run off with them.
Update so after the owner acknowledged the post I was gonna give the benefit of the doubt and change my review.
10/23/24 I would change it to 5 stars since This review needed to happen. The new manager is more concerned with being popular in the gym than the upkeep of the gym. It’s more hairballs on the floor than in the movie Cats. It’s pieces of equipment that’s been broke since May and I have taken pictures every months since. Bros in there skipping legs days, what kind of world we living in when bros skipping leg day. They can’t be skipping leg days. Legs ext machine talking about everybody need a rest day I mean since May come on man. The ppl that work there keep giving that played out lie yea we hired somebody they will be here next week.
It’s only one person who cleans and he can’t do it by himself. He is also the only person who try’s to fix things I’ll get a picture of him and post it later he should be managing the gym and not the fake manager they got running it now. Whoever owns this place should do an undercover boss and go in and check out your business because these clowns you have employed are running it into the grounds man it’s nasty in there. Maybe you should hire a cleaning service to clean that place it shouldn’t be tumblehairs blowing about the building like we in the Wild Wild West.
If they fix the Leg Ext and vacuum up the hair I’ll change the review to 5 stars.

I cancelled my membership about 5 months ago as I moved to Dallas. The lady took my payment for my remaining balance at the front desk as I explained I was moving and I no longer needed my account, she then told me it was good to go and my account will not renew. Little did I know she was WRONG and it did renew, and I have late charges stemming from this place. When I called back whoever was at the front desk could not help me whatsoever and said it was never cancelled. So now I have built up late fees due to this facility and corporation. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I’ve never dealt with such a fraudulent institution. I’ve already filled bbb complaints for their practices and double charging please do not get a membership here go to a different gym. I requested a transfer months ago to get out of this being my home gym because there’s always issues when they take out payments this is the second double payment even though I payed extra because I’m so afraid of their bad practices and over charging me as they did once again . PLEASE BE CAREFUL !!!

Changing this to a 1 star (previously was a 5) until they stop with the insanely annoying gym classes that amplify screaming instructors over the entire gym and take up half the space.
Complain about it to the staff, they just give attitude and ignore you.
