My son went to the school for two weeks and came back with multiple bruises and scratches. I just withdrew him if you ever think about withdrawing your child from this school just know that you’re gonna have to pay almost $400 to withdraw your child from a Daycare that is supposed to help parents The woman in the front is more than disrespectful and Miss Amy is not helpful either. If you were single mom do not take your child there no matter how hard it is Mama you can find something better.

We sent our older daughter to Crystals from the age of 18 months to until she started kindergarten. We had a lovely time at Crystal. What I loved about them was how big and clean the facility was. So different from the crammed up Daycare’s that are closer to the hospital. While she was there, she never got a rash. The best part about the daycare is how reliable and professional the administration is.
Our daughter still has a high regard for her teachers and comes to meet them on special occasions. We just enrolled our baby daughter into Crystals as well since the Infant Program just opened. I highly recommend!

Worst daycare. They are not helpful, my son has come home with bruises from kids hitting him. But no one knows anything until he decided to defend himself. They don’t update you if your kid ate or not or what activities did they do. Nothing.my kid doesn’t learn anything here, they don’t teach him anything. Everyday I ask him, did you guys read ? No, did you color or crafts activities no. He says they just play in their class all day. What kind of learning are they doing here ? My previous day care he was learning numbers and ABcs and different animals.

I absolutely LOVE Melinda, she is super attentive and responsive! I wouldn't have my child at ANY other care center, when Crystal's Childcare goes above and beyond for all our little sweets♥️💜🥰🥰 Thank you again Melinda. Makes it so much easier to leave your little

Horrible place to take your kids. They are very inattentive to the kids and every time you go it smells like pee. The children don’t learn anything nor do they bring home papers, they just let the kids play outside all day. Kids running and jumping on tables all day and Melinda the receptionist is very rude. Always making my kids out to be the problem but when I ask what’s going on with other kids they couldn’t tell you. Charged me a fee of 69 plus a 20 dollar late fee to tell me that my kids spots are not being held. If you know better please don’t put your kids at this school.mostly none of the workers speak a lick of English and they are really aggressive with the kids. Wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemies kids. Very unprofessional, MELINDA Amy’s receptionist never delivers messages for her or calls back, just sits up at the front with a piss poor attitude everyday like she hates her job. Don’t take your kids here

WORST DAY CARE EVER !!! I wouldn’t recommend this daycare bc my kids beg me not to take them to daycare I’ve never had a problem at they’re previous daycare they’d be happy to go more than excited but not at Chrystal’s , the front office lady always has an attitude as if the kids are getting on her nerves or she’s over whelmed ! The teachers barely speak English , the kids are always outside all day from drop off to pick up, def don’t recommend this environment for Kids !

Melinda has been great, I am a worry wart so I call often to check on my son, he is very happy there - of course morning drop offs are hard for him, but he seems very happy everyday when I pick him up. I love how clean the classes are and I love how they have Library time and keep to a schedule. I remember his 1st day I asked do you like your new school, he yelled YES!!

We are new to the area and this was one of the first preschools we came across . In my experience the teachers are so sweet and welcome us every morning. My baby runs to her teacher and is always smiling when I pick her up! She is changed and clean when i get her. She also has a cool little project/activity to show me everyday. I do wish there was a way to track how she's doing throughout the day , but I call up there and they always update me no issue. I'd recommend crystals.

Teachers don’t speak go English or if any. My daughter was excited to go there and slowly started crying and begging not to go. At the end she would fight so hard to not go, and she’s only 2. There was more stuff going on, and it got really sketchy. I do not recommend this school for your little ones. My poor baby now doesn’t want to go to any daycare. And she used to be excited just to got to Mother’s Day out. Don’t believe the ratings on here, they made that up themselves. Read all the reviews and see how scripted they all are.

WORST DAY CARE EVER !!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY BUT NOT TAKE CARE OFF YOUR KIDS THEY TAKE CARE OF YOUR KIDS TO CHANGE THEM FEED THEM... BUT APPERANTLY NOT AT CRYSTALS DAYCARE. THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY AND THE KIDS TO TAKE CARE OF THEMSELFS. I AGREE WITH A REVIEW POST BEFORE . KIDS ARE ALWAYS HUNFRY AND THURSTY AND MY LIL ONE IS ALWAYS SENT HOME WITH SCREATCHES AND WAT NOT. !!!!!!DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS THEIR!!!
