I’ve been a customer at CVS The only person that is always happy and greeting people as they come in is Talia. She is just so sweet. She’s so knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know, she will find the correct person she goes above and beyond. CVS needs more people like her

Usually, I give five star reviews, but after what I witnessed today, how could CVS hire such a mean people Thalia is the only person that works there at CVS that is always welcoming me. I’ve been going to CVS already for three years and ever since I met her she has always welcomed me and made me wanna come back to the store just to shop but after I witnessed her get scolded at for something that she had no control over all because the other girl was too lazy to help another Customer. I literally witnessed Thalia run back-and-forth to the very back pull a red cart and start working out that red car while the other girl was just talking on the phone and kept disappearing into the back and then whenever that girl came up to the front to get the key to help a lady get her nails she literally told Talia why can’t you do it? If you can’t handle being up at the front she goes then switch me she goes you don’t know how much stuff is back there she goes and you can’t handle it. She goes. I can’t be coming up to the front to attend them. That’s your job like if Talia was nothing. and Talia completely disregarded what she said, and she kept attending her customers with a smile. Thalia deserves a raise. Thalia deserves better if I were her, I would quit and I probably won’t be coming back to this store Talia is such a sweet girl. She knows how to keep a conversation. She knows how to engage with customers and she’s one of the many few people that I have met there at CVS. That is always happy always smiling always telling people hi even if the people don’t tell her, hi back

I was shopping around the store just to see a girl talking on the phone while the other girl was attending customers up at the front I walked up to the girl in the front and asked her if there was anybody else that could help and she said yes that the girl in the back was available i went to the back to go get her and she started telling me that the girl that’s on the register is the only one that could help me she was so rude and inconsiderate she had her earphones in talking on the phone The Poor girl on register had customers how could she help me? What kind of business is the store manager running? that lady was so rude. I think her name started with a K or something like that but the cashier Thalia she was so sweet to me I felt bad for her because whenever I got the other girl to attend me to get some nails she literally scolded her and said why couldn’t she do it? She goes if you can can’t handle up here she goes switch me. I can’t believe that there’s people that think that they’re better than other people. I thought y’all believed in having equals, but apparently not how deceitful

Trying to call in medications for a patient and literally the pharmacist said “I have vaccines I have to do” and was unable to take 2 minutes out of his day to write down TWO meds… Horrible service!!!!
WE HAVE A JOB TO DO AS WELL BUDDY!!! YOUR NOT THE ONLY ONE.

I went to store for 4th of July items and really liked the store was clean and organized. Associate and clients were happy and smiling, friendly, talkative. I found items that I haven't seen at other stores which happy to purchase and try out. I asked associate about an item to see if they used or heard if they used and associate was helpful. I enjoyed my items and sharing my experience with others.

N on time and them make customers wait 20-30 minutes in line after they don’t open on time.

I move From Walgreens to CVS and haven't been disappointed yet it's been a great store they're quick at the pharmacy I get coupons on my phone automatically when I check out love CVS. Walgreens need to step up time there is too long In pharmacy too long at checkout You won't regret it..love CVS thanks guys!

I was at CVS on a Sunday around 11 am. I was the only customer at the pharmacy. The tech was polite and efficient. My total time was less than 5 minutes.

The people in the pharmacy department are VERY RUDE and very unprofessional. Sit in the line over 30mins just to get to the window and the old white lady to mouth we close as she dropping the window shade. Customer service at a low down zero

I just tried to see if they had methotrexate in stock so Walmart could transfer script, the girl was rude and refused to listen. I asked to speak to a pharmacist she put me on hold. After spending 15 min on hold I called Doctor's Pharmacy and was take care of in 3 min ?

Absolutely loved the service here, recommend to anyone needing to pick up their prescription fast and easy. Everyone here is nice and caring to all customers and anybody that says differently is just lonely and has a very sad life. (Talking to all bad comments) and I’d like to point out an outstanding young lady that works there named Taylor, she was very helpful and very sweet.( plus drop dead fine) Thank you!!
