I have been going to this CVS pharmacy for 3 yrs. I have never experienced anything negative with them. The staff are always profesional, friendly, and efficiant. They always get my doctors orders and contact me as soon as they are ready. Im in and out in a matter of minutes. IDK what everyone is complaining about, i never have to call them, they always text me to come and get it! So thats 5 stars all the way. Thank you for all your assistance in making me a loyal customer.

This pharmacy has very nice, professional people. The staff always greet me with smiles. They are busy but do their best to acknowledge each customer.

Apparently the staff on Saturday are not concerned with opening on time. It’s 8:05 doors are still locked and no one is seen inside. Going to Walgreens

Excellent customer service. We were welcomed into the store and asked how they could help. We were traveling through town and needed a prescription refilled. They were so helpful. I told them that I could come back later to pick it up but the pharmacist said he could have it filled in a few minutes. And it was! It was so fast. And he was so cordial. As we were walking out, the staff person thanked us for coming in and told us to have a good evening! Great job CVS in Midland on Briarwood.

This is a severely understaffed pharmacy. Ive never seen more than 2 people working in there at any time, nice people as they are. It is common to wait 10-15 minutes at the window before they even acknowledge your presence. If you refill your Rx online or thru the app, there’s a very good chance it will not get thru to the pharmacy here and be filled. I understand that good employees are hard to come by in Midland but god bless…

My experience was great. The item I bought was on sale and the clerk was up at the front register so I did not have to wait to check out. I had a wonderful experience this time.
