I went just to look at some fragrances and see which I enjoyed and wasn’t even planning on purchasing however Chase Hart in the men’s dillard section helped me out a lot and i received wonderful customer service from him i didn’t feel pestered to purchase anything or that if i didn’t i was wasting his time he just wanted to help me out as much as he could and just had a great conversation with him 5/5 customer service

Great experience for a difficult sized teenager. They had a very wide selection of clothing, with adult small dress shirts and tall children's pants being needed.

My mom and I needed to find some slips to wear under our dresses we bought for a wedding. We were met by the BEST guest representative I have ever encountered . Haley was so informative and helpful she made it so much easier for us to find the perfect find and perfect fit!

Terrible, terrible service I waited 30 min to check out. Finally, I walked all the way to customer service to check out. Seen 20 employees all talking and laughing together not helping any customers. 2024 is different the employees in 2000 took pride in their jobs.

I needed some genuine help, and Ms. Erica who I’m pretty sure is a manager had the worst tone while I was simply trying to ask a couple of questions. She hung up right after she finished responding only one of my concerns. Awful service

Terrible attitude by people in the men’s shoes department. Shoes were either not priced or priced incorrectly. Refusal to honor prices marked or discounts marked on stock. Employee had an attitude and said it was not her problem they were priced wrong and there was nothing they could do about it. Tried ringing for a manager twice, nobody would answer.

There is this black lady in the dress department who came to knock on the dressing room aggressively barely 5mins i got in there to try on a dress,asking if i need anything rudely. Never knew that was a thing because i never asked or called for any help for her to come knock on the door like that.Very terrible experience.I had to leave right away.
