This place is horrible. I tried calling because I had a question, and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up right away or just hung up without nothing. That's extremely rude! Way to make me feel discriminated, really poor customer service.

terrible customer service… accidentally entered my phone number incorrectly to use my coupons & the workers didn’t know how to fix the issue for me to re-enter & they were pretty rude about the whole situation. i’ve worked in customer service for years so i completely understand that it’s not easy, but NOT even attempting too help out a customer is just wrong.

They don't serve the public with their restroom.. I just purchased a bunch of stuff and was told by employee Tiff that she doesn't let the public use her bathroom. That is against dollar general company policy.

Prices are still ringing up wrong. When I confront the employees they try to give me attitude by LAW. You cannotFalse advertisement prices$. Dollar General has a problem with prices ringing up wrong so I have to take a picture of every single thing.

I don't like conflicts and can't handle them well. On my visit, instead of helping me, the manager and her assistant manager went out of their way to create a conflict. Look up, signs of a high conflict person. If I have a choice, this will be my last visit to this store.

Midland and Odessa both have horrible stores. Very dirty and rude employees. Lazy workers. Trash just like the two cities.

The foods in the refrigerators are all expired! Went for chicken salad and it had expired 2 months earlier (July 2) The store is dirty, unstocked, crawling with bugs, items on the floor…in a word, the place is NASTY!

Worst customer service everI don’t understand why you guys hire people doesn’t even speak English!!!And I’m the other side another worker pregnant that can’t help at allOnly store I been DOESNT HAVE CARTS!!!!Ridiculous!!Plus the entire store is a disaster all the merchandise everywhere and lot of things missing

Great customer service here never have a problem with finding the products I’m searching for & the aisles are super clean and filled, not like the other store locations with boxes and carts filled with products waiting to be stocked just dirty and products opened. But this location is super neat and the employees are nice and give a warm welcome! Management is doing a great job! ?

Love this Dollar General. It's a very busy store but it's kept clean for the most part. Been doing better since they changed managers. He has a whole new team and you can tell! Keep up the great work!

I went to get an item at this location but the doors were already locked with customers still shopping inside. the time was only 9:51 and the store says it closed at 10pm. I watched one man walk in literally minutes before I did. Why are doors locked for a business that says it stays open till 10pm bad business and lazy management if you ask me. Maybe the franchise owner or District Manager should step up and put someone in charge who will actually take care of there business. Instead of losing sales from a messy store to begin with and lazy employees who don’t care to even work to begin with.

I tried to return an unopened item w/tags & receipt. It was within the 30day return policy, but the cashier (manager?) insisted that because the month had changed from March to April then it was over 30 days. It wasn’t. I mentioned I had talked with an employ before returning it who said I would have no issues as long as I had a receipt & the card it was purchased with. She then claimed to be the one working on that day, implying that I was lying. It was very awkward. I went to another DG and returned my item without any issues.
