The Cashier was Struggling. Because she didn't have enough help Plus this particular location gets hammered with people at any giving time.. it's not possible for a person to do more than just crashing out people..

I've been trying to set up the DG App for sometime and the young lady at the store helped me; I'll give her 5 stars for sure. I shop DG at least 3-4 times weekly.

There was a sign that said buy two get 2 free. Clear as day! Didn’t say I needed a coupon or the app. But the girl still didn’t get that fact that I brought up 2 items and then the 1 item that should have been free. They even called the manager. The lady checking out was Insisting that I needed another item that should’ve been free. Even told me that she would walk over to it if I didn’t wanna walk to go get the other one. I told her I wasn’t buying one that I just brought it up because it should have been free. I finally just left. Managers please train your employees so they don’t look like a fool.

This was a great and friendly store I enjoyed shopping at, until they hired their new female staff. Very rude, always have attitude. I will not be going here anymore to be disrespected everytime I go in.
