This dollar general has the staff but does not have organization. Their store is constantly with boxes in the isles so customers cannot shop or look at products already on the shelf. They have a self checkout register that is NEVER open. The only time the self checkout register is open is when the associate on the main register needs help and then another employee will open it as if it’s a second checkout and scan my items for me while reaching over the machine, you can’t even do a “self checkout”. The wait times in line because this register are down is no less that 15 minutes. This is a busy dollar general between the hours of 4-6 in the afternoon because of oilfield traffic and it’s an inconvenience to the customers and the employee ringing up because only one register is available. This store is in desperate need of either another checkout counter or they need to open the self checkout register.

Property is unkept and the workers are very rude. Especially the cashier. If you don't know how to treat people. You shouldn't be working in customer service.

I would not recommend working for any dollar general not only do they discriminate but they also don’t keep there promise with Hrs and they do not care about there employees health and the district manager and the head of the district manager will lie and put words in people mouth and talk down on you and when there is no water in the store they will not let employees leave to go to the bathroom and if you damage out water just to go to the bathroom they will say you took it and let’s not forget the district manager family member let’s her friends still money and get away with it so Watch out

The store says it opens at 8 am. I'm here at 8:15 and nobody is here to open the store.
