Nice little store. Came when there were deals and found 3-1 men’s body+face+hair wash for about $3 for 18fl. Oz.! I saw very cheap candy for just $1 on things that weren’t even on special👍🏾. Toilet paper for 1$👍🏾. Nice little store that so far doesn’t seem to be to crowded👍🏾

This afternoon around 2pm my husband and a friend went to the Dollar General at Fairgrounds. It is walking distance from his dad's house .He said that the hispanic cashier that checked them out was incredibly rude to him.. he simply asked her to please double bag his items. The female cashier responded rudely and told him that he should of told her that from the beginning . She refused to double bag his items and told him to do it himself; extremely poor customer service . Dollar Generals are losing profits and will eventually go bankrupt due to bad costumer service & poor employee training . It takes respect to get respect my husband strongly believes this .He always treats others with respect no matter who you are, because he wants to be given the same curtosey. After reading several reviews ..I can see now why this place has terrible customer service ..they Need a New Management otherwise this place will soon be on the closing down list due to drop in sales expired food . Corporate definitely needs to investigate this store .

Freaking horrible place to get anything from. Got milk from a door dash order for my daughter because we were out and it was expired 6 days before we got it. Constantly selling out of date items. Don’t recommend at all

I have NEVER written a negative review in my life but the manager in this location compelled me to. The store has good stock but the Manager is so rude and has such a sour personality that I would rather go anywhere else instead of this store. Im not sure how she's still a manager in this location, considering there is always some type of issue with her and a customer...so I'm hoping writing this review will get corporate notified. Ive also felt the need to email Dollar General as well.
