I had an adventure with the tire in my rental blowing out while driving. I was ok, but what made it great was the staff. They really went out of their way to help me and solve the issue. I would 100% recommend this site!!!! Thank you all for being so great!

Very professional and the entire team was polite and very helpful, even when they were busy. They were thorough in inspecting the vehicle I returned, explaining what was going on, and ensuring I was taken care of.

I would if I could leave a 0 I had an appointment to pick up a rental and Enterprise did not keep their word I do not recommend this place at all

Alert alert stay away from all enterprise locations take the time to search for other car rental services Red oak location is fraud insurance claims against you Freddy the manager will lie so you rent car with damages than false report on your insurance Cruz from damage control will not listen or return your email or phone call please stay away at all cost search the review at other enterprises locations read other people who have experience fraud insurance from the employees from enterprise

Friendly staff. They didn't have many vehicles to choose from on a Friday afternoon. They had a lot of returns that hadn't been cleaned but they cleaned one for me and I appreciated the extra effort.

Clarissa hands down provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She went out of her way to help me as quickly as she could. Was so positive, inviting, and made sure every question I had was answered. She made my first rental a 10/10 experience. Can not say enough good things about her.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car called to CHARGE us $5.41 in gas since "it wasn't full" it was 1.3 gallons from being full, BUT when we recieved it from them, it was only 3/4 ths full. They also called and THREATENED to charge us thousands of dollars due to our auto service provider taking longer to return our car. This issue should have been handled between the auto service provider, our insurance company and themselves.The photo below is when we picked the car up with a quarter tank empty. Petty customer service of you ask me.Only reason they have 2 and not 1 star is the car was decent and suited it's purpose.

Had a great experience at this location! Everyone was super helpful. Very friendly staff. I came on a very busy day and still they had great attitudes and worked quickly. They really try to work with you too, so shout out to them for helping my family and I.

Would love to talk to the owner or corporate as I was discriminated against today in the branch. Manager looked me up and down because I have long hair and wore sweat pants and wouldn't honor my reservation for some fraudulent excuse. Never had any issues at this branch in ny previous experiences.

The location on Wall Street was great . I needed a rental to get to a funeral. I was helped right away, the young lady explained the contract. And was very helpful. Getting the car was fast and easy . They were so friendly and the car was clean and ready. Thank you

If there was a negative star rating option, that's what I would give this location. Worst experience I've had with a company in my life. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to have to rent a car from this place. Branch manager was an absolute joke. Rude, condescending, not willing to help in literally any way. Stay far away from this trash establishment if you want to be treated like a human being.

Dear Enterprise Rental Car,I am writing to express my concern about an experience that my client, Charles D. Myers, had at your Wall St. location on November 3, 2023.Mr. Myers called ahead to make a reservation for a standard pickup truck rental. He was quoted a verbal estimate of $90 per day. However, when he arrived at the rental office, the employee behind the counter, Jay Singh, told him that the price was actually $220 per day for unlimited mileage. Mr. Myers was shocked, as the price he had been quoted was significantly lower.I asked Mr. Singh to confirm the price, and he assured me that it was correct. He said that the prices had recently changed. However, this seems unlikely, as Mr. Myers had called just a few hours earlier to make the reservation.I am concerned that Mr. Singh may have been trying to scam Mr. Myers, especially given the fact that Mr. Myers is 80 years old. I am also concerned that Mr. Singh may be trying to damage Enterprise's reputation.I am requesting that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action. I also urge you to warn other customers about Mr. Singh, so that they can avoid being scammed.We went to AVIS at Midland Air Port rental car place right after and got a Ford F150 Pick up truck for $120 per day with unlimited mileage term.Sincerely,

They didn't have my vehicle that I reserved 2 weeks prior, but their customer service and willing to work with me was awesome.
