Rob the desk agent in Midland International Airport was excellent and thorough with his explanation on the after hours return process! The communication during and after was great. I will be using Enterprise for my next business and personal needs!!

I travel a lot for work and I am always using Enterprise for a rental car. This location was perfect. My only complaint was that it was rather busy and so they moved us all down to the national counter, but that’s OK since I know they’re owned by the same company.
I was surprised that the car they gave us had so many scratches and dings but I guess that’s just the nature of the territory out there. Maybe there’s just a lot of rocks getting kicked up and bad drivers.

We had a beautiful nissian car. Was very clean and fuel efficient. The staff was wonderful answering any questions we had would definitely rent a car from enterprise again

I had rented a car through Avis and due to our plane, hitting some weather and we’re not being able to land right away. We ended up running late. I was unable to get my rental to Avis because they had closed. They didn’t call me or anything and try to arrange other accommodations I had already paid When I arrived at the airport. There was a gentleman at the enterprise counter and an employee was helping him.. I got in line, hoping that he would be able to help me because I needed the rental. This whole reason I had flown down was to pick up my dad from the nursing home in Fort Stockton over 120 miles from the airport and bring him back so we could fly out the next day so I could have him here in Colorado close to me. I had recently relocated from Texas. When I approached the counter, the employee told me that he was technically already closed, but he would do everything in his power to help me get a car. He told me to make an online reservation, which I did, but it wouldn’t let me make it for the 8th because they were already closed so I made it for the 9th to the 10th. He said he would fix the paperwork that way when I brought it back on Sunday, it would only charge me for one day and show the correct rental time once he was able to update it. There was also two other gentlemen behind me in similar circumstances that he also stayed late and helped. I believe he worked maybe an hour to an hour and a half over his scheduled time. I will be an Enterprise customer for life now because of this, and I will never rent from Avis again. You could tell that he not only cared about people, but cared about helping people that weren’t even customers of his company. It’s a rewarding to know the Enterprise hires employees that care more about the people than simply making a paycheck and doing their job. Thank you for saving my trip down .The only reason I flew down was to pick up my father and without a car that wouldn’t have been possible and we would’ve never made our flight the next day. It would’ve caused me quite a few problems rescheduling flights trying to get a car and my babysitter for my son had to go back to work on Monday and I needed to be back on Sunday. I really didn’t have the time to waste. Enterprise really does it right thank you once again, and I hope the employee gets recognition for going above and beyond to help me out and the other two gentleman as well.
