I use Enterprise most often and typically am happy with my rentals. However, one area in which it inconsistently performs is with deliver the Sirius satellite feed. It's listed as an add-on option every time I rent but more often than not Enterprise sends me off without it. Frustrating.

Unfortunately, get a hold of someone on the phone was almost non existence as, in a reality, nobody is around the counter for most of the time (I now knew by the fact that National and/or Alamo personnel will physically help however). In one occasion, they switch the phone wrong so that I was talking to the customer who wanted to make a reservation -- did not realize who I was talking at the beginning. Upon arrival, the service I was given was typical Enterprise quality (i.e. good). However, I was not happy with the return process. The person at the garage where we return the vehicle did not help at all, which forced us to bring the key all the way back to the counter -- that was ended up joining the long line for those customer who just arrived. This was the least efficient and was not anywhere even close to the Enterprise business quality. Please work harder to correct these problems as you might have lost substantial numbers of customers already.

When I went to pick up and drop off my rental enterprise was closed but the other agencies helped out with my rental. This was the first time renting and they made it super easy you do need a physical credit card for these rentals debit cards are not accepted.

Was recently in Midland on business and our company did not have a pool vehicle for me, so I got online and booked a vehicle as soon as I could, Enterprise had a vehicle so I reserved and went to the counter. The rental car agent who helped me, was friendly and very knowledgeable, and familiar with our company. The process was quick and easy, she covered everything from if I wanted insurance, if I wanted to fill the tank up ahead of time or just pre-pay. Had no issues with my rental, it was a brand new 2023 Toyota 4 Runner, this was one of the few times a rental vehicle was actually clean and there was actually a complementary Clorox sanitation, wipe. I signed up to get notifications via text. They notified me plenty of time before my rental was due, and when I returned it, it was seamless. Great customer service again, and my wife and I have rented from enterprise a few times, and I will definitely use them again.

Rented a car . Got a flat tire and had to be towed was told we would be credit back the money this was back in April . Sent all the bills over to John. A from midland airport . He responded thank you I will send this to accounting so they can get you paid if there’s any questions they will reach out . Called customer services numerous times to try to get this resolved. Cannot get a call back from anybody from enterprise . John has responded to the email again on june 27th he would reach out to us when he had more info . Still haven't heard anything sense then . Talked to the damage department they told me that they never evan received info that this car had a flat tire and could not assist was told to try to get ahold of the Risk manager at the midland airport enterprise .

This was one of the worst experiences renting a car. While their excuse was technical problems with rolling out a new system, other guests were handled in 5 minutes while we waited 30 minutes for them to sort our our reservation being in their system but them not being able to access it. The manager never fully helped the worker that was assisting us and while she was trying her best he would walk away and stand there talking to another staff of theirs.Zero understanding of management or client relations.

They told me over the phone debit card was no problem. I drive 2 hours to get there and they refuse to let me use debit cards but I can if I just flew in on an airplane. The people working are incompetent and are not friendly.

I had rented a vehicle from out of town and due to a service warning light indicator had to swap vehicles at the airport location. Johnny Donovan and Larry Beach were the definition of customer service. They took care of me without any fuss and had me on my way in no time at all. Unlike the 8th street location that I had been sent to upon calling the customer service line when the warning notification came on, these gentlemen delivered 1st rate service. I am extremely grateful for their level of professionalism and willingness to be so helpful.

Gary, the person who helped me in the Enterprise at Odessa airport, was very helpful and made sure to address all my needs. Great customer service!
