Crissy was very professional, sweet and easy to work with. The prices are awesome I would recommend it to family and friends. Also I love that it's a secured gate with a code. Other storage places in this town are gouging you prices and I'm pleased to see a company that's just doing the right thing, thanks Crissy and Avid storagešā¤ļø I reviewed this storage place 7 years ago with another employee named Arron I had the same interaction with her, she was sweet and she was very helpful the place was clean I'm very impressed that it's the same way after all these years. The Integrity hair really shows.

Great service!!!
The process was very quick and easy. Crissy the manager was super friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and much more affordable compared to other places I checked. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe, affordable storage with excellent customer service.ā

Iād give 0 stars if i could, i complained since November 2024 about rat findings ALL over my stuff in the storage unit, (which pretty much has my whole house in there btw), nothing was done, fast forward to now Iām getting ready to move all my stuff into my new home & there isn't a single thing that doesnāt have rat feces all over it. Itās disgusting, unsanitary, unsafe. Mine & my familyās clothes, furniture everything was in that storage unit with rats for over a year because nothing was done since the first time I called. Almost everything is damaged & will have to he thrown out. I cannot comfortably move into my new home without having every single little thing sanitized & cleaned (whatever is able to be saved). This is a nightmare and nobody at the Andrews hwy location is answering my calls now I will have to go up there in person. Something needs to be done, this is unfair to us who have paid a high price for this disgusting storage unit every month. We basically paid for our stuff to get destroyed!!

Iāve had a great experience with Avid! The storage unit is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The staff, especially Crissy, is super helpful and friendly, and she made the whole process of moving in really smooth and stress-free.
