My first time renting a storage unit 8-4-25 and I have to say the staff here is amazing, super friendly, made my experience wonderful, and answered all my questions. The staff made the process really easy, this location is well maintained. No complaints what so ever. Thank you both for your help and getting me all settled in with my storage needs.

I have had no difficulties in storing my possessions in the last 4 years at Avid storage. I do have to keep in mind that my unit was not climate controlled so the winds in West Texas got dust everywhere so carefully cover your items when renting a unit. My unit also increased in its monthly price from $189.00 to over $400.00 until we moved out in July and insurance was also added as mandatory.

Kyler did outstanding. She is friendly, cheerful, and efficient. Kyler helped me find the best storage space size I needed. The units are VERY CLEAN. She was wonderful at finding me specials and even checked for availability of one of their other locations. I might also mention Angie, who called over the weekend to let me know they had an opening.

Both places that I dealt with were beyond amazing! Both places were well kept, well lit and gave me that safe feelin that is a must!
