Nice clean facility.
The pool is warm, not heated.
The room we are in is clean. The staff is great.
It has a typical continental breakfast.

They over charged me and my family at the check in time and overcharged us $100 When we made the manager aware of the error that was made her only response was that it didn’t charge it all the way so now I have to wait 30 days for the money to return to my card they are very unprofessional and irresponsible at this location I don’t believe we will be coming back

Pillows and breakfast are pathetic. Breakfast looked like a mistake at best. Rooms are what they are, old 20 yrs ago but functional.

Rooms could be better. They look outdated. The main light didn't work. I did appreciate you can log into your streaming service and then can clear out your credentials.

TV in and out of service, mold on the shower, mold in the corners of the bathroom, paint bubbles on the ceiling from moisture and a smell !!! The staff was the only thing that was any good

Th hotel was very outdated , but I had a bad experience . Someone must have been watching my room , they left like pop cycle type stick in my door , thank god I was smart enough not to touch it , I immediately called my son , then husband and had an employee who was very sweet open the door and walk in , it was like someone left that stick knowing I was by myself waiting . I got my stuff and left , I was shaking knowing something could have happen if I wasn’t smart enough . I will never be back . Women please be familiar with your surroundings .

First of all, the hotel is old and dirty. I wouldn’t even let my kids shower in the tub before I cleaned it myself. Second, when my husband made the reservation for our stay he informed the person making the reservation that we had animals with us. We only stay at pet friendly hotels. The next morning staff saw us walking our dogs, they told us they aren’t a pet friendly hotel and told us we had to pay a $250 per cleaning fee. I protested the cleaning fee as they were informed we had pets when we made the reservation. They couldn’t produce the cleaning fee in writing. It felt like the manager came up with the fee out of thin air not to mention after arguing with them about it, we were not allowed to stay our full stay but still had to pay full price. I seriously doubt anything extra was done since the rooms were dirty to begin with (we had two rooms). They also asked to see my medical records (about my dogs being service dogs) which is illegal. I’ll also add the keys never worked to the room. We had to leave someone in the room all the time.Just avoid this place. There are much better options in Midland.

Had a flight delayed, and had to adjust my nights. My reservation was canceled. But the lady on front desk did everything she could to reinstate my reservation. She went above and beyond and helped me in a tough situation. Rooms are a bit small/dated, but it is in a prime location. Very quite.

No bottled water for sale or available. Water tank in fitness center empty. Water machine for filtered water at breakfast broken. Serving tap water in decorative tank in lobby. This is in Midland, TX, home of some of the worst tasting water in America. Staff laughed about ownership being cheap when I asked. Been using Marriott for a decade, this is the worst I’ve seen.

Terribly disappointed in the Marriott brand. They quoted my son one fee in person and charged over 3x the amount to the card. One employee stated that all they had left were suites and our suites are normal $650 on Wednesday night… but a suite was not reserved. Either extremely unethical billing practices or taking complete advantage of a 19 year old. Spoke to a manager, Petra, on the phone AND in person. Was going to investigate but never got back with me after three business days. When I called back she was conveniently not in. Do not stay at this location or get all quoted fees in writing. Marriott used to be far better than this.Noteworthy details: Do not stay here
