We went to Fashion Floors as our second choice, but they should have been our first. Home Depot took way to long and they ordered the wrong carpet on top of that. We were able to find carpet that actually was in stock that was perfect for our guests bedrooms. The price was very reasonable. A big Bonus we got the carpet installed the very next day by two professionals, excellent job.Thank you guys so much!!

Hate to write this about a local business. Job has been sub par and ample time to do it right.Job was laid several days late with no communication and I was prepped and ready with house in disarray to prepare. They no showed and delayed again after multiple calls. They did not deliver wood to the house as it should be before work began. Then it was laid with wrong glue. Water based carpet glue instead of wood glue. 2 weeks later after they agree to make it right I call for follow up. Wood has been there. Said it would be delivered today and this promised is missed again.I hope I get to update this review for a more positive finish but I am becoming less hopeful.

My experience was a surprising one. I expected not a lot of attention or concern. I wanted to do something in my hallway. Kim was so on top of it. She came right over measured and then brought me many samples. Yes she brought them to me at my home. Fabulous detailed work. Extremely happy

My family and I had just moved into our new home in Midland and realized that we were all allergic to the existing carpet. The previous owners had cats. The hair and dander embedded in the carpet fibers was the cause of our allergies. After researching several different carpet companies, we chose Fashion Floors. Allison was the person who came to the house and did all the measurements and also brought samples of carpets and two different pads. There were a couple of hiccups during our process, but Allison came through and made things happen. She never lost her composure. All in all it was a good experience and we now have great carpet . I would recommend Fashion Floors to others as well.
