I have my address set up for delivery to my front porch on their website, yet their driver keeps placing our packages down by the road. I've called 3 times, and each time, they say they will call me back, and they've yet to get back to me.The first time I called, the driver claimed I told him to leave packages by the road, which is completely untrue. I believe he is now putting packages by the road to be rude. Very bad customer service.The pictures included are a few days a part. One day, it was delivered by the road, the other at my front door. I will be calling to complain once again.

The young lady at the FedEx inside of Walmart was so kind. I was met with a smile, a kind word, and wonderful customer service. What a gem of an employee and face of FedEx!I came to this location due to the five star rating, and was not disappointed!

Went in to mail off a package, the girl was very nice. I picked out the appropriate size box, put my items in,taped it up and paid for it. It was 2 pounds more then package I had mailed from post office day before ,but it was $3 less!! Go figure!!! Same destination, same time frame. I feel like the grumpy old man at post office screwed me. So use post office at your own risk.

The girl working was very helpful. I had taken a bag with the stuff I wanted mail. I picked out a appropriate size box, filled it up, taped it and weighed it. I had gone to post office previous day. I was charged $3 more for the same size package, same time frame. And had to deal with a grumpy old man. Wish I had just went to this FedEx!

A buddy and I showed up 15 min til close and Zachary kept trying to make excuses as to why he couldn’t take care of us because they were closing soon, etc. He finally took care of us but made it noticeable that he was not happy he wasn’t getting off RIGHT at closing time. Had he he been happy to help and been okay with getting out of work 10 min later than normal then I would’ve given this post 5 stars but I most likely won’t be recommending this location to anyone.

Too all google viewers, the man below JORGE TORRES, is writing false reviews. What he stated in his review is completely wrong. I was in the office the day he came in to inquire about his package that was sent to walmarts address in which Alejandra let him know it wasn't at her store. He instantly got angry and started to argue with her about where it was. She explained to him that since they are a new store and share walmarts address the package might have been delivered to the walmart store. JORGE TORRES wearing a Schlumberger Blue Jump suit continued to argue with Alejandra. She felt threatened and asked Jorge to leave multiple times cause he just wanted to argue with her when she already told him the package was not at her location and gave him help as to ask door greeter to assist him in getting package from walmart. The way JORGE TORRES was speaking to alejandra was very unprofessional for someone wearing a very known company uniform. If you go into this store she is very polite I'm a regular at the store.

Worst customer service some girl name Alejandra. they give some else my package , when i ask how is tath possible if the guy whos sign up for it is not even close to my name i demand to speak to the manager and she call security is this how fedex treat their customers even do they made a major mistake instead of apologies i got a got thrown out like i stole something

Extremely unprofessional service at the front desk. Came to inquire about some printing services but was very rude and disrespectful. I will take my printing and shipping needs else where and not this specific store at Walmart.
