This FedEx Ship Center is in a great location. The staff are described as amazing, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and very helpful. They are diligent in solving problems, even when very busy. Most experiences are reported as great, with staff being cool and accommodating. However, one note mentions a staff member should be trained in customer service and manners. Overall, things work out fine thanks to their persistence.

I went in and since I was using the same box, the man was able to print a label over the previous sticker, he was cool with it. Great experience.
