This FedEx Ship Center is in a great location. The staff are described as amazing, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and very helpful. They are diligent in solving problems, even when very busy. Most experiences are reported as great, with staff being cool and accommodating. However, one note mentions a staff member should be trained in customer service and manners. Overall, things work out fine thanks to their persistence.

I've picked up several packages from here over the last several years. The staff are always courteous and helpful. Have never had any issues with picking up packages from here. This tarantula is what I picked up. It was in perfect condition.
