Their costumer service sucks, over 10 employees and just one came to us to ask if we needed something. Had one of the employees yelled at me because I asked if they had another pair of the shoes that I wanted cuz the ones that they gave me was damaged. They where either on their phones or taking with each other.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Finish Line has no customer service. Purchased shoes that had a sale price. Didn't realize the price I paid due to being a Christmas gift for my child and my child literally standing beside me. I just grabbed my receipt and left the store. The next day when I went to wrap, the gift came to my surprise when I saw my receipt I paid $140 on a pair of shoes that clearly had a SALE price of $100. I went to the store and once again the shoes had the SALE price of $100. Manager said it was a mistake and that the shoes weren't on SALE. I've worked customer service and you should honor the SALE price. I have called customer service numerous times. Been told I will receive a refund to honor the SALE price, and yet nothing has been credited to my account. Never will I return to Finish Line. Very unprofessional!

Big shout out to Cameron and Finish Line Midland. I teach at a local Jr High and had a male student in desperate need of new shoes! Cameron took time, answered my questions and helped me pick an age appropriate pair of shoes for a 14 year old! On top of that, Finish Line Midland, helped me with the cost! Thank you for your generosity and supporting our youth!

They open earlier than the other shoe stores in the mall. Great customer service, especially management. Shoes and merchandise are always on point, latest trends and great prices. Will definitely be back for Christmas shopping.

Went in on Sunday evening around 6:30, they turned up music when an inappropriate rap song came on. I guess this store is turning into Footaction. The music was soooo loud. Finish Line used to be classy, what happened?

They sent shoes to my house that I order online. When I received the shoes they were two different shoes in two different color. One of the shoes still had the display thing inside the shoe. It was so unprofessional and inconsiderated. The shoes also smelled like weed! Then when trying to take shoes back they wouldn't even let me use my military discount to reorder the shoes. They were really unprofessional!
