The service at Firestone in Midland is by far some of the worse in town not only is the wait very long but more than half the time they have no idea what to do the tire techs are messy and it shows do not take your vehicles for a tire change because they will damage your rims and then say the damage was already there so if you have custom wheels this is not the place to get your tires or have them fixed especially with the management they have Christian is very rude has no business in customer service as well as Laura do not give them your business they are awful when it comes to taking care of customers needs or if anything happens to your vehicle while in there business save yourself the headache and the time and money if I could give the 0 stars I would they don't even deserve 1 star hopefully Firestone will train their management better because if this people continue to run this business you will continue to loose customers because they are not good at what they do.

Made an appointment Saturday 11am, called 8 am Saturday to verify, they told me that the mechanic was sick and the only way they could help me is if I go right know, so I went there on pajamas, left re vehicle and took them all day until 6pm to tell me they cannot do the service because tires are too old. Refilled my wind shield liquid and sent me on my way. I found the right tires in 30 min in other place, came back and they closed already. Terrible service

I dropped my project/ weekend vehicle off at 7:30 Saturday morning because I replaced the front end and steering so I needed an alignment. Was told they could fit it in if I left it there for the day. Was called at 4;00 and told they couldn't do the alignment because the tread on my tires was too bad. The only one it could be is one of my rear tires. I really don't think that should prevent them from fixing a mechanical issue. I shouldn't have to pass a DOT inspection to have a alignment done. Especially being that non commercial vehicles don't have to be inspected in the state of Texas anymore

I went to do an alignment and balancing. 4 hours to give me a diagnosis. (By appointment) And I left without the work done. It should be clarified that days before I bought two tires and they had already checked my vehicle. But my mistake was not reading your reviews before. 👎🏻

Great Staff. Very professional. I bought 4 tires, air filter and a coolant flush. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this business for all your vehicle maintenance. I was kept updated on all repair work.

Took my vehicle for a check up told them what was going on, they did some work had to go out of town, car kept making those noises as soon as I came back took it back explain again what was going on, even told them I thought it was either the hub bearing on the passenger side beside the other things they said, I even told them once I hit 35 - 40 the noise gets louder. So they told me to leave it there, they would check it again, left the car 2 days they did not even moved it from the spot I had left it or touched it. So disappointed 😞 and they charged me an arm and a leg first and last time I take it there

Awful experience here. Simple tire change job took them 2 days to finish, each time I called they would lie that my car was in the shop getting fixed, it wasn’t until I got there to get my car at the time that they told me to will be ready did they actually start working on my car. They ended up doing an oil change service that wasn’t requested for and charged me. Please do not go here, your time and peace of mind is better off somewhere else.

Worst service did not balance tires correctly dont even know if they did the rest of the stuff correctly i got my tire balance ,struts replace, aliment, tire rotated need to have better management shawn was no help had to call corporate 2 time for them to finally stop giving me the run around dont get ur car serviced here most of them are not even certified to work on caror machine not even management from what i was told when i ask manager to work on it they said the aren't trained to use the machines and there in management what a joke

I'm a hotshot customer that spend over 2000dlls at this shop. I have a 2022 dodge ram never had a problem by loosing a hubcap until I got out of this firestone shop. I went to report it with Rito a (salesman) the next morning he took pictures and sending them to Christian (store manager) to solve the problem. Finally I met Christian after 20 days later he's always on his lunch brake or taking care other business except for his customers. The first thing he got out of his mouth that he doesn't trust nobody that one bad apple turns the other apples bad, we were talking about one hubcap not all of them and that he doesn't remember spoken to his employer about my concern. He end up yelling me in front of other customers because I he saw me talking with another customer sharing my bad experience at the shop. It was very embarrassing for me I end up telling this Arrogant store manager that not to worry about it that I will pay it out of my pocket for his error.

This Firestone in particular has been very unprofessional. We had a truck towed here and dropped off in November. I called to follow up on the truck the following day. They told me it would be a week before they could begin work on the truck. A week later I went into the store to check on the progress. I was told they didn’t have the keys which they did. After further investigation they found the keys and the mechanic who ran a diagnostic. They told me it would be a few days before they could begin work. I followed up a week later and still no work was started. They told me they meant to call but forgot. The work that was needed on the truck could not be performed at their location. After a month and a half of the truck being there nothing was done. I would consider other Firestone locations before using this location.

real bad review Firestone does not do well they don't have no backup in case if somebody calls in they don't have have no second plan left vehicle in the morning 7 hours later they haven't gotten to it and the carwas done at closing time don't know how well they did the work but my car still doesn't run right

Made an appointment and was there on time waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and they still had not started on .y vehicle so I left.

I wouldn’t use this location. I had an appointment set for a specific time just to have them tell me it wasn’t confirmed and they couldn’t get to it until 3 or 4 more days. I always use and recommend Firestone for a lifetime alignment but that won’t be the case anymore if they can’t get their stuff together. People make appointments for a reason and if you didn’t have that time slot available then you shouldn’t have it available on your website
