Until I was threatened with a 30% restocking fee, I was happy with this place. Now I will reduce my shopping here by 30% or more. Not very happy. I shop for my company we spend a lot here. We spend less now.

My husband bought some drums for Semi Truck cash but they gave him wring drums. So he came back next day to return they them they didn't have cash told him to come back later 2x's. I finally went and they said sorry company policy you have to return them same day if not we have to mail you a check from corporate office. So you can take cash and don't have money for a return maybe you SHOULD WARN!!! EVERYONE before they buy anything. So now we have to wait for them to mail our money 4hrs away what an inconvenience. Only because they can not credit you cash another day how wow how they do business. Overpriced and you can't get your money back will not do business there anymore!!!

They don’t respect the hours posted so be sure to get there early.
They don’t answer the phone so make sure to show up in person.

Very nice and knowledgeable guys working there. I was in need of two heavy duty batteries for my semi truck and the guy I talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable about the ones I needed. Picked them and replaced them right there.

Go somewhere else if you can. Customer service is terrible. I tried calling for part availability. Instantly get put on hold without a word said. No “Thanks for calling, can you hold please?” Left on hold for 30+ min.Anytime I’ve gone in there all the staff act like it’s a burden to help gets parts. Their business relies on people that buy parts yet they act like people buying parts are a burden.
