HORRIBLE experience. I took my car to get it checked on August 6th because the trunk light would say it’s open when it wasn’t. I was told that it was the sensor inside the latch. I was told the latch would cost $287.10 to replace. . . On August 8th, I let Jeff know that I would be dropping my car off the following week, toward the end of the week, his response was a like of the message. . I texted Jeff the day before I dropped my car off letting him know that I would be dropping it off. . Well the day I dropped my car off I was told the part was $428. I asked how much everything would cost together I was told $650-$700. When I asked for a moment to consult with my fiance I was told that he already put the part in. I had NOT 100% confirmed that price nor for him to put it in. He started to rush me and then tells me that I owe $150 for diagnostics !! Please do not waste your time coming here. I am beyond upset and frustrated about it all.
After writing my review he decided to text me telling me what my car smells like when it is MY CAR ! The car being disassembled was not the problem, me being told I was going to pay one price. Then telling me it was another price, putting the part in BEFORE I CONFIRMED IT IS! If this doesn’t prove to you how horrible the customer service is idk what will.

Over priced couldn't figure out the problem threw parts at it. And when they fixed something they were rough on other parts related to it. Like door panels scratched not put back on properly. Beware of this business

Oh my goodness DO NOT buy a vehicle from Frontline Auto. We purchased one cash last year in May 2020 and we still have not received our Tags for or pickup...Jeff the owner keeps lying and has not given us anything a year later....please do not buy anything here...the vehicles are no good...he should even get 1 star but I had to give him one to be able to earn people about this place!!!!!

Not an honest business, stay away! Owner changed the sale the price of vehicle on the contract, added an extended warranty and gap without even asking. I asked the owner ti correct the almost 4500.00 dollar price hike on the contract he flat out ignored the fact that he rips people off. My lawyer will be handling it now because I have plenty of proof to show the owner knowingly committed fraud.

Had the best vehicle purchasing experience possible at Frontline Auto. Jeff and his staff were extremely friendly, honest, and helpful. Financing was completed quickly and terms were very budget-friendly without all the usual car salesman tricks. I would recommend Frontline Auto to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle. We will definitely shop there 1st from now on!

My last option to get a car. Everybody else told us no or were asking for a ton of money down. Talked with Jeff and he did everything he could to get me into a car. Would definitely recommend anyone to deal with Jeff. A great man I tell u. Thanks Jeff!!!!!!
