Horrible! I went in to get my nails taken off and it was the worst experience. She told me I could finish getting them off at home after grinding them left and right and still leaving residue on them. It's been a month and my nailbeds are still shredded and nail tip chipping off from them taking my nails off. She made me pay full price and I will NOT be coming back for that service. Even my boyfriend who doesn't care about nails knew they'd screwed them up.
Also I took my little sister and I would leave ZERO STARS if I could. She went home crying because they messed up her manicure and we had to take her somewhere else to get them fixed. They were uneven and rushed and I honestly could've done better myself.

This salon is under new management as of May 2024 and they do a wonderful job at accommodating your needs. Tammy has been doing my nails for 7+ years and I had never been disappointed by her. They also carry Gel X! I find the old reviews harsh and outdated. Give this salon a try if you're looking for somewhere new.

Absolutely a true awesome experience! This was by far one of the best pedicures and acrylic fills I have had!!! Very reasonable prices! Clean salon! Friendly staff ! I will definitely be back

My friend showed me this nail salon and I've gone twice now! I will now only get my nails done here they are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I love it there and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done!

This place is a little out of my way, but definitely the first place I think of when I'm needing my nails done. The service has been great each time I've been here. I usually do a pedicure and dip when I go and I have had great service each time. The nail techs I have had are always attentive and have a good attitude.

Went to this Gala Nails cuz the other Gala Nails I normally go to next to the mall was closed cuz they went on vacation so I figured its another Gala nails and there the only ones open I'll try it out i get inside she doesn't great me like a customer should be greated instead I get a "What do you want" so I wasn't pleased with how she spoke to me but I figured she was having an off day since she's the only one there so I informed her of what I wanted and it gets worse from there Janet is very ruff to the touch she made all my fingers bleed she was very rude and the nails only lasted 2 weeks and she charged me $50 when at my normal Gala nails only charges me $35-40 it was a complete rip off first and last time I go there

Got dip.... took 3 hours for me and a friend only one lady working. She cut 6 out of 10 fingers, they still hurt 4 days later. Nails were a ‘glow’ powder they don’t at all. Awful and they look awful just don’t

I get lash extensions....mani and pedi.. Shellac or Gel Nails at Times...Jennifer is always personable..patient.. hospitable easy going..she sets your appointment around YOUR schedule NOT hers.. She does not make you feel like "who's next" but what service would you like next... Her work is AWESOME....
