Justin C is the worst sales associate at this store , Very rude and snarky and lied about making my GameStop membership account so I didn’t get any points during my purchase SMH ! Also kept putting the blame on the “ New “ associates to save his own ass. GameStop in the mall was very helpful and even helped me receive points from my $200 purchase that JUSTIN SAID HE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT ALREADY. 0/10 would not recommend ! The Mall GameStop is better.

This place was so great and they treat me so nicely. The staff members there were chill and helped me look for the thing that I needed. I would recommend this place if you’re into gaming.

My son and I were held hostage at this location on 2/25/25 by Alize and William for over 15 minutes. I paid for my items at 3:28 PM and was able to leave at 3:45 PM Their old faulty dinosaur equipment failed to print out a receipt. I verified and showed proof to them that the transaction had gone through on my bank account. I was told that I was not allowed to leave until they could print out a receipt, and if I left I was threatened to be charged with theft by William! Meanwhile Alize was laughing like an idiot while this guy was threatening me and holding us hostage. This is very unprofessional. Both of these employees need to be fired. I have everything on video for proof.

They have the rudest workers here, every time I go in I get rude comments & attitude, I don't get it, it's like a dicks restaurant but it's not part of their business model & no one's laughing. They look miserable there, & I guess that trickles down to the customers. They seriously need an intervention or a new job

Beware I purchased a New Nintendo Switch OLED that was faulty. Rikko the manager refused to refund my money or exchange the device. The assist Justin also was gaslighting me as well. Do not shop at this establishment.

Yes they closed at 9. Walked in 853. As soon as 9 hit. They wouldn’t let me buy anything and was told to leave. At 9 on the dot. Was just checking for 1 game

I give the store itself a 4 star rating and also the gentleman that was working the morning shift today 6/7/23. Me and my husband went in lastnight 6/6/23 around 7:30-8pm. We had already looked online to make sure they had the game Watch Dogs 2 in stock , which the website said there was 3 in the store. We arrived at the store and upon opening the door the employee was sitting down having a conversation on his cell phone. Didn't bother to ask if we needed assistance , welcome us to the store or anything. He seemed like he had an attitude that we walked in. We looked around and found the case to the game but was told by the rude and lazy employee that the website inventory was for ALL stores in Midland and not just theirs. We were also told that the game was not in stock and we would have to order it. Anyone that knows anything about game stop knows that none of the games are kept in the cases , you need to go to the drawer to retrieve them. Not feeling like arguing we went home and proceeded to order the game and said we would go back in the morning to pick it up as scheduled. We returned in the morning with our order number and the guy that was working looked it up and went right to the drawer to grab it. I asked him if it was possible the game was there lastnight and he responded saying " yes , we have a few of them." We let him know what had occured the night before and the look on his face let me know right away that the guy working lastnight must be one they get complaints about often. He apologized for the experience and quickly got us checked out. THANK YOU TO THE MAN THAT HELPED US ! KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING ! HE IS DEFINITELY AN ASSET TO THE STORE
