I had a hair color EMERGENCY and Esmeralda got me in 20 min after I called in a panic on a FRIDAY!! She got my hair back to human form (a pretty brown color) and I’m forever grateful she was there to help me. Thank you Glow Salon!

I honestly did not have a good experience in the salon. Esmeralda never told me that I would be charged for 2 different color services even though she was correcting her initial coloring. She kept having to ask other stylists for advice on how to mix colors and how to use purple shampoo. Then she took pictures of my hair without even asking me if it's fine. I appreciate that she took me in the same day I called, but there was such a lack of communication and professionalism. I will be honest. I told my bank to put a stop payment on the check I signed for her. I don't believe I received excellent service.

I enjoy this salon the most, visited more than a year. I really like my stylist Angie, and there are a few other great stylists! Friendly staff and usually great service. Sadly, my stylist was running a little behind today, I was happy to be seen and still highly recommend Angie, Adam, and others at this place. I hope you can visit this salon and enjoy yourself.

I was visiting my daughter in Midland looking for a blowout and style. This salon responded quickly and booked me for a Saturday appointment, very professional and flexible. Elvia was lovely and super gentle. She gave me a gorgeous style for my weekend at a fair price. I definitely recommend this salon; great products and friendly atmosphere

DO NOT LET ELVIA DYE YOUR HAIR!
My hair is RUINED, the owner did try to help me after the fact, which I appreciate, but there’s no helping this mess! I felt bad after she tried to re-dye a second time and it still looked awful so I just said thanks and left.. but I can’t deal with this. She dyed it 13 days ago and I still HATE IT. Your hair is a HUGE part of your confidence and I have close to none right now. My hair has ALWAYS been one of my best features and it’s just gone. I might as well shave it off. I’m not mad, I’m insanely sad and disappointed. When your client is still on the verge of crying every time they look at themselves in the mirror, that should tell you something. I’m sure she’s great at ANYTHING else but not dyeing hair .. ?

i had my haircut by ELVIE and she did just a FANTASTIC job i love it! i havent had my haircut
in 2+ years growing it out i was SO nervous for a new stylist but elvie KNEW what she was
doing and cut my hair so beautifully i cried right there on the spot! definitely recommend her! 10/10 over all experience

Stylist barly looked at the picture of what I wanted. The cut wasn't even close to what I wanted at all. She kept pulling my hair with the brush and curling iron. She curled my hair but not my bangs. She scraped my forehead when she was blow drying my hair. I am sitting out my car crying now.
