My doctor told me to get a full back MRI. Golder would not schedule an MRI without a doctor's order even cash pay??? Bizarre.

Just had my first MRI done today and I want to give a big shout out to Tony who stayed in the room with me. I was so nervous I guess I felt claustrophobic but he reassured me. Everything was going to be OK and let me know he would be right there. Thank you so much Tony God bless you and the team. Amen.

What’s with the bad reviews? I had a great experience! The radiologists were professional nice and kind so were the staff! Fast quick service! I highly recommend!!

Would be NO stars if it were an option! Went in for a MRI of my brain today, which did not happen. Once I got there I was informed that I would owe a co-pay today for $600. Had I been informed before my appointment I would have been able to make arrangements. When I told them I didn't have it he told me my insurance would not end up paying him a dime. I find that hard to believe. I have Blue cross.... He was very unprofessional and rude about the whole situation. I'm very high risk and needed the MRI because I was recently diagnosed with blood cancer and am at risk for blood clots, heart attack and stroke and have been having terrible headaches. I immediately left and called my doctor to have them refer me somewhere else. What a joke this guy was. Please don't waste your time with this place

Dr. Reddy was RUDE. The staff were helpful and kind. One even stayed in the room with me. I couldn't go thru with the MRI because I got a panick attack, that's when Dr. Reddy decided he could yell at me in front of other people that were in the lobby. NEVER AGAIN! I call my doctor and asked to be send somewhere else. I feel bad for staff members that work there.

The staff are very friendly, the facility is clean, and they get you in and out quickly.

I've had 3 MRI's here over the years and I always have a pleasant experience I don't know why so many people have left a bad review. Kind, patient staff and fast wait times.

There scheduling is messed up there so unorganized that they say you were supposed to be here this time and give a rude snooty remark.. When they have called 3 times before to tell me the time and I wrote it down! So they were wrong but give me the attitude and then when it's time for the mri the lady gave me a
Therudest attitude and my husband even said I saw it on her face she was so rude. Like I asked to be in an accident and get hurt and have to lay down in a tube for 15 minutes in agonizing pain. Like I will never ever tell anyone to go here.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this unprofessional place. The front staff is rude and after waiting for hours they did not x-ray my mom and when I requested her paperwork back because they did not perform any service for us - they threw her papers at me hitting me in the chest.

Just because you make an appt doesn't mean they log it. Made a 9am and was told I was a walk in when I got there. Radiological Tech was the only professional person there.
