I was living with my daughter for three years in this place. It is a very comfortable place. The neighbors and the owners are very nice people. More than a place to live, it became our home. I am grateful for the attention I received, and I highly recommend this place. It is very peaceful and safe. I feel very grateful for having lived there all this time

Pictures or review didn't prepare me for this place. It is a rough looking area. We had reserved this place thinking it would be nice from the reviews. But we pulled in and as quickly as we could we left. It did not look like a safe place to stay. The good reviews I read seemed to fit an Rv Park right in front of this one called Midland RV. But I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have family. The only reason I'm giving this a 2 star rate instead of 1 is because I emailed the owner (who apparently leaves in Utah) to refund me because we did not stay. They were quick to respond to my email and refund me, which I appreciate.

It's a little of the beaten path which was nice, big lots with quality hookups for power, water and sewer.

Don't book before you see it. Was cheap 35, but all dirt, did have hook ups.

Good basic RV park. We stayed here for one night on a bit of an unscheduled basis waiting on a car repair in Midland as we passed through. Manager is terrific and very accommodating. The park has wide spaces and is clean, level and has good water pressure and Wi-Fi is available.

Nice quiet place friendly people and the owner is a real nice guy has a free laundry room and showers are almost done

Stayed for about a half year and its a Safe and quiet place to live at. Owner is always helpful and responds to any concerns. Definitely would recommend for short stay or long stay.
