I have had nothing but kindness from the pharmacy staff. When there has been an issue, its been handled.

The staff are professional. Hit or miss if they smile at you, but professional nonetheless, most of the time they have what you need.

Checking out in lane 10, around 2:25pm... I bought some cherries that fell over on the belt and got smushed and the little girl, checker, scooped them back up into the bag. What?! What?! She's lucky I didn't cause a scene and will just throw those away and wash the others. But what!?!?! Y'all need to teach your workers better and do better. Oh and she seemed to have gotten annoyed with the mess she created.

Parking spaces are too narrow to get in and out of vehicle. Customers in so big of a rush they'll run over you with a basket. Bag girl was too upset because she had to pick up a box to scan the price when a PLU was available to the cashier. Bag girl then had to argue and interrupt the customer while unwilling to listen to the customer, then she complained that the customer was yelling when normal voices were in use. Bag girl threw crushable produce in the basket then tossed heavy items on top of them. Bag girl was then asked by another associate to work at another station. Attached photos indicate items such as tomatoes, squash, and bananas.

You could teach your employees to have better customer service. Every time I answer the phone they’re so rude and make me feel like an idiot when I’m asking questions about my prescriptions. When I go to pick up they’re just as rude.

Loretta Wilson from HEB pharmacy. Respectfully, there was absolutely no need to be rude, short and snappy, disrespectful. Your job is stressful, I get it - we all get it, you and I both work in a med field so please. I did not call y'all to demand for pain med or substance, not even type of PT that would call you everyday demanding on stuff. But over a med transfer, really?! If thing has changed and needed to be done differently, so be it. I called you because I was told by another HEB Pharmacy to do so, if they didn't put a med on hold for you to RF then was it a PT's fault? If you couldn't pick up the phone and requested a transfer like before please just say so. So Loretta, this matter should have been resolved better in a different way... I hope you feel awesome about yourself.

I like this concept for a supermarket. Local Texans are taking care of each other.

The staff are very unfriendly and down right rude. If it’s so miserable to do your job, maybe you should find another profession!!!

This particular store/pharmacy staff deserves more appreciation than they receive. The staff members consistently demonstrate remarkable helpfulness and compassion, particularly when addressing prescription shortages, going above and beyond to aid customers. They consistently maintain a kind and supportive demeanor, even when both in-store and drive-thru lines are lengthy, ensuring that each individual receives the assistance they require.
