Took my sons prescribtions at 9:30 told they would be ready in 1 hour. I was told they would call me. Never got a call, these meds are albuterol and an inhaler...and all you could hear was the other workers laughing in the background.

I believe this pharmacy is quite literally the worst one in town.
There unfortunately has never been a time where I get my prescriptions right away.
I once waited 4 hours for a prescription because they “forgot to fill it” then when it was finally ready they forgot one and claimed my doctor “scratched it out” when I asked to see where he did that they couldn’t provide evidence then proceeded to give the the prescription I needed 30 min later.
Unprofessional, rude and extremely understaffed.
Currently in line for 3 prescriptions that I got a call for and only one was actually ready and now I get to come back again tomorrow to pick it up.

I enjoy shopping at this specific HEB. Friendly staff, and I always find what I am in need of.
I have recently started using curbside services, it is very convenient, and the app is very easy to use.
My only complaint is when it comes to the vegetables and fruits the staff is picking when getting my order. It seems that the last 4 times I have used Curbisde services, the vegetables and fruits are in pretty bad shape, and the fruit has mold, and Avocados are way to ripped.
I know there are good producd inside, as I would always find them, when I would shop in the store.

The worst pharmacy ever!! Never ready when they say they’re going to be bc they’re always running behind! Topline pharmacy is the BEST! Will never use HEB again!! Just awful!!

Definitely not a higher end pharmacy!! Walmart has better service if I could I’d give them negative stars I would Basically the pharmacy was such a bad experience they will not get my business anymore that includes the whole store manager should look in to the low quality service

Hospital in Lubbock sent prescription at 7am. To ensure we had medicine by the time we drove back. We ended up getting the prescription at 6pm. Unacceptable!! Then pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because she didn’t feel like it. Nancy is rude and worst customer service!! If you don’t like to help customers you are in the wrong profession ma’am!!! ??♀️ Some type of sympathy would of been greatly appreciated! I hope your day is as amazing as you are!!
