Update: The manager reached out and worked with us to avoid any extra charges, also the correct couch only took another week to come in. We appreciate the good business 👍*****
Great product but they brought the wrong couch after already getting pushed back once. Then they try to charge you more after they make mistakes. We expected professionalism when spending 9k and unfortunately, they had the same issues as Rooms to Go. t-.-t

This was my first time in Haverty’s. Cyndee took time to listen to my need, make suggestions, wasn’t pushy…..she just jumped right in with knowledgeable help and total respect for my preferences. Most importantly, she followed up on my visit. Haverty’s has a wonderful selection of home furnishings and fair pricing.
