My wife went here and the people were very nice. She asked them to remove the gray and use blonde to hide it. A cut and highlights. Her hair is uneven like a child cut it and it's more gray now than before. F You should be better for that kind of money you charge. Now we have to pay to get it fixed.

My mom went in there to get her hair cut and styled, Estelle helped her and was supposed to dye and layer her hair for her. The hair in the back of her head is not layered it's chucked and so uneven, not to mention the "dye" she supposedly put in for her didn't change anything. Usually when my mom gets her hair done she gets it dyed blonde, this time around she was apparently going to get the grey and blonde blended however she came back with her hair looking more grey than when she left this morning. Absolutely awful, for $120 this is appalling to mess up her hair length, chunk instead of layering, and no blonde to be seen
