Lol, managers special are all electric, crazy, instant upcharge when I declined an all electric vehicle. That is one heck of a way to rob customers from a bit of extra cash...

It’s a shame that it’s not an option to leave zero stars. When you call, anticipate at least 45 minutes to an hour on hold; and reservations don’t mean anything to them. Drove over an hour to pick up a rental from them and “they didn’t have any vehicles ready”. Very poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and rent from Enterprise!!

I returned my rental car on time, parked it, and dropped the key as instructed. I even have photos to prove it. The next day, I was falsely accused of not returning the car, then later they changed their story saying I didn’t return the key and charged me $250 for the key. I requested CCTV footage and staff records—no response. They even sent a revised receipt with the charge. I’ve warned them I’m taking legal action and am moving forward with the case. This was dishonest and extremely frustrating—rent elsewhere if you value your time, money. If already rented take picture of everything for proof.

Thank you Paula! Paula went out of her way to help me get a vehicle on busy Monday morning. I had a reservation that wasn't showing up and she made calls to help me get the situation correctd. And then she really went above and beyond and made sure to give me the best rates. Wow! Wow! Wow!
For a business traveler like myself, customer service like this is gold. An angel in disguise in this case!

They never have any cars available even when you book online and the ladies at the counter are always rude and don’t want to help you in any way. Do not rent from here go to Avis or any other place pay the extra!!

Do not use this location and possibly not this company. I was misinformed by the rep, who stated she would refer me to her manager (Melissa), althought I was able to prove the inaccuracies of statements made by their rep, the W Wall location referred to take ownership or apologize for any false information or accusations. The manager Melissa, talked over me, attempted to berate me and ignored my complaint. When asking for their corporate phone because I had been given the wrong number, she refused to prove it and I had to convince her to provide me with the correct number.

Will not be back here again and reporting to state farm insurance. We were supposed to pick up a rental, and they wouldn't accept chime, which is our only way of banking, plus wouldn't accept cash. No help at all. We won't be back.
