I have to say that the Midland store out does the Odessa store by far. Thank you to the loading staff and floor associates for not handing me your work phone and telling me to look up my own items or load up my own cabinets. We will drive the extra 15 mins for this great service.

I was wanting some new outdoor furniture and a pergola for the back patio. We hit the jackpot at Home Depot. Luckily, everything I wanted was on hand. Loaded it up and voila. The staff was helpful with our purchase and loading us up. Thanks, Home Depot.

May 1st 2025, 3:55pm Areli provided World class service. Very nice and very knowledgeable. She is the manager of the department. She explained there was no guarantee she could match my paint however I was OK with that. In today’s world good customer service is not the norm but the exception.

This was probably the most disorganized, hard to get around in, stuff, carts, boxes and everything you can imagine in every single aisle barely room to push the cart through. Must have pasted at least 20 employees, and no one asked if they could help me. Very disappointing.

Store is a COMPLETE shit show. Inventory clogging up Most aisles. Staff is not knowledgeable. No one checking people out during slow hours. Long lines. Obviously manager has NO control of staff and store is NOT up to Home Depot standards. Just very unorganized from top to bottom. Having contractor family business pull all business from here. Just sad

This is one of the worst places to deliver. Forklift drivers sit around doing nothing. Manager's need to be aware when employees are BS'ing around.

I visited the Home Depot in Midland,Tx today and needed a product that I looked up online and said it was in stock but I couldn't find it. A worker by the name of Marcus (glasses/short red hair) was passing through the aisle so I asked for help. He was very prompt and went straight to where the product was supposed to be. He didn't see it so he looked it up, when he still couldn't find it he checked the product list which is hanging nearby. It wasn't on the shelf,in fact it was under the shelf on the floor where it was not visible. He reached down and grabbed a couple of them for me when he could've stopped his search because it wasn't on the shelf. Thank you again Marcus for going above and beyond the call of duty!!!!!!!!

Really bad customer service. Don't bother with curbside pickup if you're disabled. It's not gonna happen.
