Disorganized, dirty, and zero customer service, even though there are several employees on the floor, none of them can help, because "they don't understand or speak English (sic). The check-out line is extremely long, it basically goes to the back of the store .

Second day in a row I’ve attempted to make a return. Yesterday was 3:30 PM and today was 1 pm. The line has been 100+ people both times. This is ridiculous. Unless you’re willing to waste 45 minutes in line, I cannot recommend this store.

What a disaster this store is. The aisles are so tiny you can't get a person or cart down them, especially with all of the merchandise thrown on the ground. There were lots of great buys, but hardly worth the 1 1/2 hr in line I had to withstand. Management really needs to step in at this location!

This would probably be the 10th time I have come to home goods to get decor or seasonal decor and the line looks like Black Friday!!!! Literally wrapped around the store
Last time I waited in the line it took me an hour to get from the end to the front of the line, and for what ? 3 items ?
I have spoke to multiple staff there saying y’all need more cashiers, and I do understand right now it’s hard to find help but seriously it’s ridiculous. Every single time I go no matter what time it is, early morning, mid afternoon, evening the line is forever long. Today for example I walked in looked at the line and it was all the way back to the restrooms ! So I walked right out. You are losing customers over this !!!!!!!!

I am a regular customer at TJ. Maxx Homegoods. I have tried calling customer service to address my issues and concerns but nothing seems to work nothing is ever done to reprimand their associates. That’s why this behavior has continued as long as it has. There’s absolutely no customer service in the store. Associates are very rude. One in particular that has black hair with blonde striping in the front with dark black glass frames. I believe her name is Berenisa (I’m not about to spanish translate that) in particular is EXTREMELY RUDE!! And, has a HORRIBLE attitude has absolutely no business working in customer service! Another associate that is apparently some kind of a cashier lead her name is Emily. I have had several incidents with this girl very young possibly a student also has no customer service skills. I had forgotten my phone once and they called her to come unlock She said she just gave this very rude face. Which was COMPLETELY unnecessary. I don’t know how I was bothering her. I simply forgot my phone and she had to hand it to me and it just seemed to bother her.
So all in all if you are going to Homegoods , don’t expect by any means to experience any kind of a customer service experience that is not the way things are done here in Midland, Texas
