I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Titi, and I must say, her expertise and teaching style are truly commendable. Her extensive knowledge in the subject matter made complex topics easy to understand. Her smooth and patient approach allowed me to feel at ease during our sessions, creating a relaxed and conducive learning environment. Usually do my taxes in a different H&R Block but decided to go here. While should of stayed at my usual one! I've usually pay under $300 but not here though. I was charge $314. I ask for a Advance on my emerald card & was even giving a new one. But never got my advance or text about it. Called them & even made a appointment to get a call back. Nothing, I never got a call back not even when I went in person. Left message & couldn't even get a message back. Only text I got was for my next appointment for my taxes next year. Which I would be dumb to go after not getting a call back & getting charge more. The lady (Del )was nice but not nice enough to call back & answer my questions & fix the Advance. First & last time going. Since payment was already made for service, it didn't matter to call me back I guess.

Had my taxes done here. They were not correct. Had to take elsewhere and now refuse to refund my payment to them or return phone calls. It's been two weeks and still the manager refuses to call or refund my payment.

Went about 2 years ago and they were bitter ladies acting like they owned the IRS, comments where made on how me and my husband should do our taxes joint or separate... and just every time I pass by I remember how horrible this place was and decided to leave a review! We'll hopefully they ain't there no more either way I'm never going back!!!!!

Being new to Texas one thing that I always know that I'm going to do every year is go to H&R block to do my taxes. They break down all the questions to make it simple and easy for me to understand. My agent even give me extra information she didn't have to about the new community here she was super friendly I will most definitely be going here again next year. It is definitely worth the extra dollar to go and do your taxes here.
