Regarding store #846 in Midland, TX...I would like to commend and thank Jayden for being super helpful, friendly, and professional. His customer service was a great! I spoke to his manager, Jacob about him and Jacob too was wonderful! These guys deserve recognition for their great customer service skills and pleasant attitudes. And I did not even make a purchase because I didn't find what I was looking for. That fact didn't deter their interest in me as a customer or diminish their service at all!! Kudos!!

Always like to go here if I'm wanting any kind of shoe that I don't have. I did have an inconvenience where I had to go back to the store multiple times to get a refund on some boots I had bought. I places the order on the 5th and just barely got my refund today almost a month later. They are friendly and helpful though just had a confusing situation that one time!

I am disappointed with this location. I placed an order with them and received the wrong merchandise. Now I have to figure out how and if I’m even going to be allowed to make an exchange.

I am very disappointed with the store and companies’ service. I went in Friday night to make a purchase and they did not have what I needed. The sales associate offered to order it, not once did she state that I would be charged any extra fees for the purchase. Get home and realize, because she didn’t even offer me a printed receipt so I had to wait for an email, that I not only paid shipping (which was free online at the time) but also a special order fee. That should have been stated upfront, if I had chose to I could have just ordered online myself and saved money but instead I feel I was lied to by the associate so they could make a sale.Then pretty quickly I was told the shoes were not needed by my family member and called customer service to ask if it can be cancelled because I have not received any update on the order other than the purchase. Just to be told that they can not help since it was ordered in store. Now I will be losing money because, first, I was not told about the fees and, second, am being forced to wait and return the item which I will no doubt still be charged for the fees even though I return.I have been a long time customer (that never had trouble before), but this makes me doubt I will be purchasing with Journey’s again.

Worst shoe store in town. They have the smallest selection and everytime I walk in the employees are busy talking to each other to offer assistance.
