Has gone down so much!!! It makes me sad bc I use to hype Kent car wash up so much to everybody. It was my go to car wash. Now I go and they always have an attitude and don’t even scrub cars anymore … just spray.. and then when you get the “free drying” they do a crappy job…. Plus the trash cans are always EXTREMELY full and trash falling everywhere. Sad I’m gonna have to find another wash bc I really loved Kent Kwik …

Just came to the car wash.. I asked for them to rinse off my mats like they rinse the car off and they get a big attitude.. it’s like they don’t do their job

First off I have never left a bad review but this one merits one. I paid for the $16 Premium package and was really disappointed. My truck was only hosed down not scrubbed like the first trucks before me, so I asked the attendant if I had to pay extra for the manual scrubbing he said it was free, so I let him know that mine had only been wet down. He said we will get it done no problem, which he did. I proceeded to have my pick up washed through the soft touch bay and it did a TERRIBLE job. Leaving lots of areas not even touched. My pickup did not have mud only dirt. I went back and asked who can I speak to about getting another pass-through. The young man said "oh just get it dried off with our guy its free, that will take off the rest of the dirt its what we do to get them clean" I said why you just going to smear all the dirt around. He said well thats all I can do, offer the drying to get it cleaned up. I said ok I guess. He did the work himself and he was done he said there its better. I said now the truck is all smeared with swirls of haze of the dirt thanks. I left and will never again be returning to that bad washing place.

The assistant manager Lamont is a amazing addition to this business and would not be the same without him. His customer service exceeds expectations and is one of the friendliest guys I’ve met. We had a small issue with a vacuum and he went above and beyond, far past expectations. If you pull up and Lamont is working, just know you are in great hands.

They should have more than one person drying cars. This poor girl did it all by herself with several vehicles waiting. Makes it tough when no one jumps in and helps her out. The other location will help and make sure the water doesn’t dry on vehicles.She did great…

Been twice to give it a chance. Both times 14$wash with dry and wheel shine, car is a streaky and dirty both time have to take and wash it again unacceptably for the price paid then u have to pay to vacuum go somewhere else.

Do not waste your time in this place, not because it is cheap, it is good, I have washed on two occasions with the highest price and the result is terrible, the vacuum cleaners for the interior only take money and do not work, I contacted an employee to tell him about the situation and only said that the solutions they use are not good
