Avoid this place! The credit card machine inside forces you to donate to a charity, and even getting gas they TRY to get you to donate again! Besides that, the manager made me wait in front of the register for about six or seven minutes while she was texting on her cellphone.

I felt the need to leave a review because this Kent Kwik seems to be the only one in town that has great service and friendy people! This is one of the busiest convenience stores I go to and the lady in the morning and Connor in the evening are always very busy but still manage to be quick, polite and super helpful!! I genuinely appreciate it! I wish every Kent had great customer service like this!!!! I would frequent these stores more often!

Terrible wait inside due to poor policy of running a drive thru and inside with one clerk on duty. You can have 6-10 shoppers that shopped for their own items waiting in line inside while the clerk walks around the store shopping for the drive thru line. I will go to a convenience store that isn't so inconvenient.

The girl wouldnt attend me at the drive thru because they were doing shift changes so the drive thru was closed... kent kwik keeps hiring a sorry staff. Pay more to these people and you'd have better employees instead of sorry attitudes or laziness

They have great fuel prices normally and the Rustic Cafe is ok. The rest leaves alot to be desired. The fuel desk personnel can't seem to stay at the register and always has something goofed up. Either having to reset the registry or a messed up transaction. They have no one to clean bathrooms at night. Which is the most aggravating.

Super Clean gas station inside, and out. Restrooms were clean, and so was the parking lot. Mask not required, protective dividers at registers. The store had an Awesome Coffee area. Get your beer, automotive products, Cokes, candy, chips, jerky, gum, donuts, cigarettes, Copenhagen, ice, butane, pods for your Vuse. The cleaner for your windows was clean. The trash was kept well outside. Handicapped parking, and wheelchair accessible. Get your lighters, scratchers, Powerballs, fuel your cars, subs with a drive thru-window. I was impressed with the employee's knowledge, and quick ability to move people through the line. Ebt is accepted here, they have an atm available too.

If I could rate this store even lower than one I would. I work at a busier bigger truck stop. And we can manage to keep our store in way better conditions. This store has rude employees and the store is dirty and unorganized. No kind of assistance and my husband refuses to go back in this store cause of how rude employees are.

Karisa is possibly the best convenience store employee I've ever seen. She works two registers at the same time. I came in today with a dozen customers ahead of me. She had me paid for and out in literally a couple minutes. A true asset to your company.

The customer service here is weird. I stood at the cash register waiting for two of the employees to finish their conversation about mobile homes. She rang me up but did not even look my direction, she continued the conversation about mobile homes while the other lady at the drive-thru window was eating noodles. She did at least tell me to have a good day, but still....i suggest some reeducation on customer service.

I like the store for as late as it stayed open because most of my late nights, I was kinda heartbroken when I found out they close at midnight.
