Why offer drive through service if your employees DO NOT attend to the window?! 9/8/25 I went to the drive through it was 8:40pm I watched people walk in purchase what they needed and walk out. Silver (the employee working) I guess remember at 9:08 pm there was a drive through and when she came to the window I asked her if the bell was broken she said no I asked did you not see me I’ve been sitting here watching everyone come and go and all she could say was “aww” what good is it to have a drive through if your employees treat it as if it’s a bother to their shift or if they cannot multitask?! GET IT TOGETHER!

Ok this store us in my neighborhood. I like it and the employees but their prices have just pushed me out. $9.07 for 2 tall boys. 6 months ago they were $6.50 last month they were $7.25. I'm done. Stripes will be happy not to stick their thumb in my eye. ?

Went this morning to get a pack of smokes and a redbull went to the drivethru like I always do and sat there for 15 Mins there was a lady who had been there 5 minutes before me who was still waiting this girl would not anwser the window at all
The absolute unprofessionalism was astounding and even when I went in and told her she had a line at the window she just ignored me like I wasn't even there

Immaculately clean and well stocked with friendly staff! There is a huge selection of fountain lemonades and sodas and crunch ice. There is an entire room for bagged ice! They also have an incredible selection of Blue Bell ice cream - some offerings we've never seen before! Such a wonderful find!

Sad to hear that Mrs.Shantell doesn’t work here anymore y’all lost a great employee wish more companies cared about their employees as others Mrs.Shantell was on top of it always and was always busy and made customers feel taken care of. Sad to hear that companies such as this one will take amazing employees such as her and spit her right back out.

the floors are always clean , The drink area station is always cleaned & stocked , restrooms are always clean & stocked as well & for the customer service , every time I enter the store I'm always greeted with a friendly smile & acknowledged

Went through the drive thru for a few things and was greeted by mrs.shantel she was fast and kind and gave the kids candy in the back which kept them quite for a few minutes while I finished up my order I’m very impressed with the quality of service Kent offers through employees such as her. Will definitely be coming back!! ?

Nothing your employees are rude the store is under staffed and there are people who are not in uniform working in the store as well as employees showing up late for work I know all of this because I have been at the store waiting on an employee to get out of there
