The prices on the sign outside of the store aren't the same as the prices inside the store. One employee inside said that is what corporate does - put low prices outside but not list them correctly inside. Be careful about them gouging you, because they will.

I have shopped at this store for over 5 years. I've seen employees come and go, and never had a problem with any of them including management. But now they have this one man, who I'm assuming hates working the window, or he doesn't like me. Everything he comes to the windows he's rude like your bothering him. I went to the windows Monday night, I greeted him he just kept repeating what do you need so I said nothing and dragged my body out the car and went inside. He was friendlier to late you showed me who you are. I told to give me the bag I'd sack my own items. I don't know his name. But he's an older, portly, Caucasian man. I know what working at Kent is like but no matter what you're going through leave it at home. And if working the window is a problem go to a store that doesn't have a window.

no customer service rude employees. they give you attitude if u come to the drive thru to get a soda. and if u go in the ignore u and talking to each other.

This place has become a joke. They never have any cups to get drinks and only have 1 employee that is working the register and the drive thru. Instead of building and buying up stores try keeping the ones you already have kept up.

Well , I used to go there alot but their cigarette and tall boy beer prices have gone thru the roof , everyone else has stayed the same , love stopping there but prices have gone way up , I understand the economy but noone else raised prices like Kent

For the most part, if you need a convenience store around Midland, you can very seldom go wrong by stopping at a Kent Kwik. Staff is usually very well trained and friendly, stores are clean and welcoming.The only reason I am posting this is because it seems to be happening a lot more lately, not just Kent stores.I attached a photo... If your toilet paper dispenser can hold this many rolls, but it still runs empty (just waiting for the next unsuspecting customer), it comes down to one of two things: lack of management or lazy workers (which goes back to the first thing).

Very nice lady working there, when I went there, this eve. Just got one of their 89¢ sale priced 32 Oz fountain drinks. Their tobacco products are expensive, but they carry a large selection of lighters and refill fluid, that are reasonably priced.

They will see you at the drive thru and wave at you to get off. What is the point of having one, if you are not going to use it?? Don't have us waiting 10 min to say something! Put a sign!! Let us know you aren't going to help us!

Savannah and Vanessa are the best! Kind and courteous but work quickly to get the customers taken care of. Don't ever lose those two women, they are top notch employees. I will keep going back because of them.
