Lots of construction worker patrons but no shady activity. Front entrance is under construction. Meh front desk service and vague wifi password instructions. Good reliable heater thermostat and not too much noise. It is by a trainyard so be warned of occasional noise.

Owners are very nice. Cleanliness of the rooms?. Very suspect. I even wondered as to the cleanliness of the sheets to the point of sleeping fully dressed.
Photos attached, obviously they did not mean to give us this room.... but...wth.

Rooms were not good, door didn’t lock let alone close, bathroom was filthy and tub floods, and the beds were clearly not cleaned along with the towels. Forget saving a few dollars just stay at the slightly more expensive hotel because this the is kind of hotel you go in with low expectations and somehow it’s even worse than you could have imagined.

Not was I was expecting for a La Quinta, I've stayed at a few else where & thought this would be a good choice. We ended up having to go buy cleaning products just to feel a little better with how gross the room was. The tub had some red line down the side right next to where they had the bath mat so you think they would have noticed that. The caulking on the tub had mold/mildew all over it. I couldn't get the tub to switch to the shower so the boyfriend had to & he was worried he was going to break it.We also had to get more pillows & blankets since the king bed only had 2 very orn out pillows. There are spots all over the walls. Did use the fridge but the cabinet they have it in looks like there is water damage to the bottom & the floor outside of it was damp. The ac unit wasn't working very well so I took the filters out - they were completely covered with stuff. The remote had no batteries (which we also bought) or back cover & when you turn the TV on it's at 99 for the volume level. I understand they are going through a remodel but there is no excuse to how this room was & charging a deposit for damage on top of that.

Noteworthy details: Need more attention to detail with cleaning & maintenance

I travel alot, spend alot of time in hotels. Just wanted to book in at a economical hotel, this is one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. Fridge is disgusting so is the AC filters.
Rooms: Dirty rooms. Smell like cigarettes

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
We arrived at the hotel and the First thing we noticed was the premises and how dirty it was. The moment you walk into the room, you are hit with the smell of cigarette when asked specifically for a non smoking room. The bed had stains on it and disgusting. The tubs were disgusting and the walls had stains on them. He told us the manager would be on site in the morning as we left the hotel. We have tried for several weeks to get a refund. They will not honor a refund. Do not stay here!!

I would say that the owners who were here are very kind. They were very accommodating. No problem there. Breakfast was muffins, waffles and cereal . As for the room. It needs help. Attached are photos but things look old,
Stained, lights not working , crumbs and garbage left behind stands. It was a safe place to be but i can understand why people give 2-3 stars . The front entrance looks like they are renovating but not sure .
Safety: Pretty safe. Lots of truckers and oil workers

Fruit flies on my face while I’m trying to sleep, moldy caulk around the tub, boogers on the wall by the toilet, extremely foul odors in the bathroom, stain leaked ceilings, stained sheets, and face tattoos as I’m walking towards my truck. This place epitomizes the term “flea-bag motel.”

75 dollar upfront cost. Then asked for an additional 50 bucks for collateral that was supposed to be refunded when you left. Called and was told to wait up to 14 days for it to show back on my card. When I called to ask about what was going on, they continously hung up on me. Massive scam alert! Never staying here again

Got here and didn’t know how to get in ! Found the side entrance! Service as great and price was fair . Got to my FIRST room and I was welcomed by a cockroach! And none working tv ! Let the front know and was moved to my SECOND ROOM ! It was nice , didn’t have any unwelcome guests but the tv didn’t work . Called the front and she helped me . Got it working , everything was fine . Then it shut off . I tried to get it working again , but i couldn’t . Called the front and she came to my rescue for ROOM 3 !
Now I am back in a double , no bugs , tv is working as of NOW ! So I will stay , but I paid for two nights and I will probably get my money back & not come back .
Rooms: Plenty to see but none worth staying in

If looking for a cheap, and last minute reservation, this is your place! Don't expect anything compared to other quinta inn hotels.

I have been staying here for a week. No problems. Until today, Wednesday I tell front desk I extended my room. I take off to work, come.back Friday thinking my room is ok, cuz I extended til Sunday. Management took all my personal belongings out, I am missing my personal property. The housekeepers r thief's!! Not to mention I had to double pay for two more nights!!
