Went over for a custom SnapBack to gift to a family member. The manager, Abby, was really patient with us even though we changed our minds a couple of times. We even got help choosing the design we wanted and got to see the preview of the product before it started.Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job on our order.

I came here to get a embroidery, I was in a hurry so i asked how long it would take, The girl's name was Gabby. Gabby told me it would take 30-45 minutes. I then asked if it would take longer i would not be able to get it done. She then told me "don't worry it will only take 30-45 minuets. I started walking around the mall, an hour passed and it was close to the time i had to leave because i had an appointment so on my way i came back thinking my cap would be done, I saw Gabby Texting and taking selfies, I then stood in frount of the counter, she glanced at me and continued texting. I then asked "is the cap ready?" she then looked at me and said "huh? what cap?" she then paused and said "oh S#it" she got up and reached my cap which was just sitting behind the counter and said "oh my gawd i am sorry i forgot, ill get it done for you, but it will take 30 minutes" i then told her i gave her an hour already, and had to leave. she proceeded to argue with me and waste more of my time saying that she still wanted to do it. I then told her to just give me my refund and that i was never coming back , she gave me my money back and i walked out without my embroidery. What a joke that she drooped the ball for messing around and texting. After that i never got an embroidery at that location ever again, I have at least 3 more ridiculous incidents happen here, which i will not post because my review is already long as it is. Ill save it for another time
