This company installed a unit on my house this time last year flooded my home due to not knocking out hole in drain pan for drain line and claimed the drain pan was damaged the owner Curtis claimed he would make repairs on any damage to my newly remodeled home will not answer any calls or text messages I highly recommend keeping this company out of homes

This company was referred to us through our home warranty. They showed up 2 1/2 hours after the six hour window they gave us at which point we were not home. I left multiple voicemails to let them know this and was then sent an email of a reschedule for the following day. They did not show up and so we called to follow up and the gentleman was very rude and said I had never attempted to call and that it was my fault that I was not home when they showed up. He then hung up on me after saying, I just needed to call another company. We have filed a complaint against them through our home warranty. They are absolutely terrible and rude!

We were having AC problems and our home warranty had LoneStar come take a look. Korey and Tim did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. Highly recommend!

WORST AC SERVICE EVER THE GUYS THAT SHOW UP ARE UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND HAVE VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE HAD AC BLOWER INSTALLED AND WITH IN 3 MONTHS IT HAS TO BE REPLACED AGAIN HAD A SHEDULE FOR NEXT DAY AND WOKE UP TO A RESHEDULE IF U CHERISH YOUR HOUSE AC PLEASE USE SOMEBODY ELSE!!

We have had Tim & Lone Star come to our house twice now & once to install a mini split in our garage & now replacing the outside unit. Both time great price great service & great people doing the job. We will use them every time.

Im never a person to ever call for someone else to work things on my home but because I have a home warranty, I minus well make use of it, they took a week long after they came to inspect what my a/c unit needed, they said the condenser fan motor needed to be replaced and then when they did replace it with a new one, they couldn’t pull off the old fan to install with the motor so they were gonna have to have me wait over the weekend in order to buy a new fan. So I removed it myself when I got home so they could install it over the weekend. I noticed the fan was blowing The wrong direction because they installed it wrong but the warranty wouldn’t cover it because it’s “another issue” that is causing the hot air to blow in the house. I then look inside to swap the wires myself and noticed they never cleaned the unit that I was convinced to pay for so it could be covered in case something else does fail. Overall I’m very disappointed in my experience and would not recommend lone star to anyone for their services especially after wasting my time and money on an issue that didn’t get resolved.

Lone Star Heating & Cooling is THE BEST. I had a heating/cooling system that was original to my 22 year old home. Tim or Victor had been out several times this year to repair either the heat or the air. Each time their service was prompt, dependable, and extremely reasonable in price.. Never a bad experience. Never once was I pressured to get a new system - it was quite the opposite: "run your system until it won't run anymore." When that time came, Tim and his team did a wonderful job on the new system installation. As usual they arrived early or right on time and went straight to work. They cleaned up EVERYTHING at the end of the installation --- you would never know they had been here. Tim explained the new system to me, showed me how to operate the thermostat and said to call him if I had any questions at any time. I would HIGHLY recommend Tim and his team. He truly cares about his customer and in providing the best in customer service. Very reliable, always pleasant and has a team that share the same qualities. Good people!

I had Tim out several years ago for an AC repair, so when our AC wasn't working well, I called again. I was not disappointed. He is fair and quick. He really seems to care about helping his customers stay cool.

Lone Star came out to repair my ac unit through my warranty company due to the unit leaking water. The technician said he flushed my drain line and then discovered mold on my evaoporate coil. He suggested since my unit is old I should replace it. He gave me a lot of quotes but when I financially didn't qualify, he left it as that. He reported back to my warranty company that I had mold and they place my service request on hold requesting that I get a remediation company and pay out of pocket for that. Before they would resume work again, I needed a certificate of remediation. Considering this would cost a lot of money, I got a second opinion, the technician from that company said I have no mold, and that the previous tehnician from Lone Star did not properly flush out my drain line, that there was still a clog in it. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Wow!!! I can NOT say enough Beautiful & Positive things about Tim at Lonestar Heating & Cooling!!!!!! He's the only HVAC person i've ever used & EVERY time i have an issue, he jumps right over & takes care of it at the most inopportune times!!!!! I called at 6 pm on a Fri because my house was 87° just to get on his list for next week & he called me back, asked a couple questions, ran over, was here about 15 mins & them said "Done". i was sitting on the floor with my puppies looking up Hotels that accept Dogs & he just said "Done"!!!!!! I'm SO Thankful & Blessed to be one of his customers!!!!!!!!!!Services: A/C system repair
