I had been wanting a Lovesac for a while now. I was surprised to see a display at Best Buy! It was perfect. I was able to pick a fabric, configuration, and accessories with ease. The staff there is very helpful. Highly recommend!

Very helpful with thr design and speaker layout. Melanie helped me every step of the way. Double and triple checked to make sure the order was accurate. You don't get this type of service anywhere else. Can't wait for the couches to come in. I recommend going to the lovesac team at our midland bestbuy to everyone!

Such great experience at the Lovesac store in Midland. Noah and Malby were excellent. Honestly some of the best customer service I have had in a long time and they made sure I knew I was investing in a relationship and they were always there if I needed help. They knew their product, they educated me on making my purchase and they were patient. Thank you guys for making me feel so comfortable and welcome.
