We won't be buying anything from Lowe's ever again. We have had nothing but the run around. Ordered new flooring, had them measure someone called and said it would be here tomorrow . Husband calls and no one knows anything. Give them the order number and they say odessa is supposed to deliver it. Smh. We are done. Call Odessa no one is answering any of the phone s. Hang up call again ask for fulfillment center, someone picks up the phone and puts me on hold. No no more business for them.

The manager’s demeanor and professionalism was not up to par. Very disappointed considering how much money I have spent with Lowe’s. A difference of $50 dollars and .4 square ft of cooking service decided this review .

I've been going to this Lowe's for over 25 years and it usually is great but as of late you can't find any help and help now has become very rude and condescending. They leave you waiting all the time and because I have a broken back you know I got to get in and get out of there and I can never find anybody to help me and they will not help me from start to finish you know they just point and I'm walking a whole Warehouse being told to go from one end to another I have a Lowe's card I also have a Home Depot card feel like I'm just going to try Home Depot for a while

My intent today was to purchase 20 bags of mulch around 3:20 pm on a Tuesday. This is a task my husband normally performs but the sale ended the next day so I had to figure this out on my own. I decided to wait in a short line at the garden checkout. I asked the cashier for assistance. She rang up my purchase, helped me use my gift card, and called a person to retrieve the 20 bags. She gave me instructions to pull along the side of the building and someone would be out with the bags. After a brief wait, the gate was unlocked and two employees came out with a forklift of mulch. They expertly loaded the 20 bags into the bed of my truck. I chose ‘expertly’ because that was the maximum my truck bed would handle and still allow the truck cover to close!
I was quite impressed with the service I received.

I needed help checking the specifics on a product that was hard to get to, but a couple of the employees didn't want to make the effort to close the sale. They came up with an answer that was most convenient to their level of participation instead of accepting a challenge and attempting to overcome the objective. There is nothing exceptional about the customer service.

Do NOT recommend doing online orders with in-store pickups from this location. Associates (believe his name was John) will randomly cancel part of your orders, and even management cannot override the cancelation. Causing it to have to be reordered. Another words about an hour of wasted man hours, and an even larger headache for the customers. And you are unable to navigate the automatic answering service to try and talk with the corporate office to fix an employee mistake. And the Assistant Manager Jorge, is a very poor example of management.

Excellent customer service! I came in to grab some stuff to fix a pipe that cracked at our house. It had been a while since I did this type of project.
Associate Josh asked if I needed any help, I asked him where the plumbing section was, not only did he tell me where it was he walked me over the the aisle and made sure I got everything I needed. Excellent customer service! For a large corporate store he provided small town hardware store customer service. Thank you!
